The fixed our AC. Had it apart before we got home. They had the fan motor, replaced it and it was working in no time!!!

Put a programable thermostat in my 80-year-old aunt house. I came to visit in July and the thermostat was set on heat at 87, she told me the air conditioner was broken and she couldn't afford to replace it. I changed the thermostat to 76 and the air conditioner kicked in. I called Waynes's air, they told me she had a 175.00 bill and all she would have to do was call. So They want an 80-year-old to call every time she wants to change her settings. I contacted them to put a simple slide thermostate in and they shamed me. What a piece of crap. They want a 80 year old woman to call and spend 175.00 ever time she wants to change her air conditioner settings. My aunt said they would call and cry on the phone about the 175.00 bill.. Wayne's Air Conditioning was hired to do the air conditioning/heating for our new custom home. Months after moving in, we discovered that the air conditioning pipe in the attic had never been glued correctly when installed, therefore it had been leaking since day 1 and leaked into the closet below the AC unit for 6 months. There were all kinds of things in that closet that were ruined. Expensive coats, pictures, wedding albums, baby books and games that were the original games back when our children were small. These are all items that cannot be replaced. As a result of their employees not taking steps to ensure that there were no leaks, a perfectly new custom home, is not, and will never be, the same. We had to put up with workers coming and going for weeks on end. This was a major inconvenience on our part. Wayne's Air Conditioning company was also negligent in not replacing all the wood in the closet that I was promised would be replaced. I was also promised that they would replace all the wood upstairs under the air conditioning unit. This has not been replaced. The entire closet was covered in mold. We also suspect that there is mold between the air conditioning unit and the wood it is sitting on because we have had all kinds of health issues breathing this mold for months on end. Today, they came out and replaced 1 of the boards under the air conditioner in the attic. I called Stephanie (the owner's daughter), with Wayne's Air to ask her why they weren't replacing all the boards that were under the unit. She very rudely said that was all they were doing and she didn't want me ever calling her office again and then she hung up on me. I would not ever recommend this company or wish this experience on anyone!! Horrible customer service and a company that does not inspect their work!!! I needed advice about a new thermostat and Chad came out to look right on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them again!

We had an issue with the heat strips coming on while the AC unit was on. Would last for about 10-15 minutes each time, then it would clear up and the AC would be fine again. When I first called, a technician came that same afternoon, and of course it was not acting up when he arrived. Instead of just replacing parts, they isolated different components that could cause this problem and pinpointed it down to a faulty circuit board. Even though they made multiple visits to my house, they only charged for one trip charge, one hour labor and the cost of the circuit board. I was extremely pleased with their approach and their commitment to fix my issue. I would certainly recommend them to everyone. read more

This company ruined my Aunt and Uncle's precious retirement home. They did not install the ac unit properly and resulted in mold all over precious photo albums and baby books....things that cannot be replaced. And to boot this has affected their health and they are retirement age! The owner did a basic "bandaid" for repair and never apologized for the error. Very poor customer service and they couldn't have cared less. Stay away from this company! read more

Returned today from a funeral and found our house at 81 degrees at 5:31 PM. Called Wayne's office and the call rolled to the service man John. He came, replaced the condenser and we are cooling at 6:38 PM. I've been using Wayne's for several years and cannot be more impressed with their service and cost. I recommend them to everyone. read more
