A couple of days ago, I noticed that our newest unit wasn't cooling. I called, got a real person (Casey) immediately, and the next morning she called with the news that a service man would be here in early afternoon. The person arrived exactly as scheduled (ON TIME, PROMISE KEPT). It turned out to be a very minor issue, which was my fault in the first place (not related to either the unit or the installation, but the guy didn't blame me). No problem; cool air is back on, and all is well.

Another one of those service industries that usually only gets reviewed only when something bad is…read morehappening so I felt a warm review was warranted here. Remy and his entire team have been nothing short of exemplary as far as customer service goes. Case in point: last night - our family was getting together for a night at my parent's house on the lake when the AC went out. Remy and his lovely wife came out - same day service - at 7PM and worked on the unit for nearly 4 hours, exhaustively working through a checklist of potential issues. You just don't see service like this anymore. They eventually identified the problem and cleared the schedule today to come back and finish everything up. Just bang-up personal service from a great local service provider.

When they arrived both techs were wearing a mask, and completed servicing my AC unit in 15-20 minutes. And on top of great service, they charged me standard rates! I used them for service for several years and for two complete hvac replacements to the tune of…read more$17,000. They replaced the units about 3 years ago and we realized that the drain line is plumbed incorrectly not allowing water to drain. All drain lines are clear of debris and unit has been checked by another hvac company. I can activity watch the water drain into the pan rather than the main drain line. I called and asked AAA Air Control to check it out and I could send pictures in showing that it is plumbed wrong compared to the same exact unit they installed on the other side of the attic. They saw if they would not come out, would not look at it and not to send pictures. I recently sent them a referral for a new install as well and they no-called, no- showed. They used to be great but now seem indifferent to any service standards or customer loyalty and any time I have requested a appointment for service now, they always say they are backed up a month or two and cannot come out. So disappointing to watch what was a great company become like this everyone else and take your money and run, like a grifter . At the end of my call pleading with them to assist me, the office manager, Darlene hung up on me.

They were on time, under budget, and oh so easy to deal with. Over the years they have taken care of us. I call it a Lexus level of service . Because it's the best. Just like my ride. Two weeks ago, we had guest in the nest and it got hot at 8 pm. No cool air! Ugh. I called and left a message and within 10 minutes received a call from Tim ( my hero).
