We just moved here and went with another company. We realized our mistake IMMEDIATELY! Our new neighbors told us about Zero 2. Jeremy Wright was our Technician. Can we talk about Customer Service? Jeremy IS customer service. He has spent days making sure we had the best service. When the internet has a problem, they immediately send out an alert. If they are doing maintenance, they post the time frame and ALWAYS finish in that time frame. We have a dead zone for the internet in my bedroom. I called Jeremy, and he immediately ordered equipment to rectify the situation. He is very courteous and very nice. We are very grateful. read more
