I have a screenshot of the customer service rep backing up the salesperson's promise, and Kirk, the supervisor, refused to honor TWO employee's promises when I called to cancel. He said that the promotion wasn't good in my county, the county in which they came to my door! They will charge the first month's bill, a disconnection fee of 94.79, and the equipment return fee of $50. GOOD RIDDANCE.

Our internet is very reliable and fast now! We can stream movies with no problem. We also use our Wifi to call out or receive calls on our cell phones.
