I have a screenshot of the customer service rep backing up the salesperson's promise, and Kirk, the supervisor, refused to honor TWO employee's promises when I called to cancel. He said that the promotion wasn't good in my county, the county in which they came to my door! They will charge the first month's bill, a disconnection fee of 94.79, and the equipment return fee of $50. GOOD RIDDANCE.

He then outfitted our 12,000sq ft warehouse with Wifi, magnetic door locks, complete camera coverage inside and out, and configured our console, switch, and NVR so it was up and running right out of the gate. During all of this we were actively setting up the warehouse with heavy machinery, racks, and workstations and Cris had no problem working with and around us so there was no interruption in our daily operations. Our Wifi was down more than it was up! We finally decided to make the switch to a new internet provider named Hill Country Web. We are so happy with the great service we received from this company. Our internet is very reliable and fast now! We can stream movies with no problem. We also use our Wifi to call out or receive calls on our cell phones. Bruce Keene, the owner, has personally come out to our house to help us solve a router problem after the severe thunderstorm and flooding in the Hill Country.
