I enjoy Friedman's. This is my second location I've been at. The Nova Benny was my favorite dish by far. Delicious salmon. Great poached eggs. Tasty fritter bottom that's crunchy. The lemon ricotta pancakes are also tasty. They forgot to give us syrup and then when they brought us syrup, they didn't give us enough. That was a little annoying. I also feel that the syrup is very watery and doesn't have a great thick consistency so it soaks right into the pancake. You can taste the lemon inside, which is really unique. The homemade banana bread was yummy so I didn't try any of the strawberry. I don't know that it's worth $15, that feels a little exorbitant. We had a lovely waitress who was funny and charming, and add added to the experience. I love the interior inside this place. You feel like you're back in time somewhere.
