Soy garlic and spicy yangyum chicken wings

We love Friday's! We've been here many times and the food is always good. Amazing chicken wings. Good selection of drinks. And the service is always great. There is indoor seating with a projector for TV, outdoor seating, and a drive thru.

Great place to get Korean fried chicken in Kent! There is a drive-through and decent amount of parking. There's also inside and outdoor seating too. They have two kiosk that you could order from. Overall, the chicken is very crispy, flavorful, I highly recommend and would come back.

Amazing! Love this chicken spot! We order in person for take out. It's so clean and the music was on point. All the vibes! The nice woman who took our order was so sweet and friendly suggested the waffle fries with our chicken they were 10/10. She threw in some gloves to keep our fingers clean. She even went above and beyond and wanted us to try a drink which was amazing! It was a sparkling soda with lime. This place did not disappoint chicken was juicy and crisp, flavors on point. If you're in the area please do check it out.

Been a fan eversince they opened. There's a drive thru and an outside patio with a parking lot. We enjoy the soy garlic fried chicken and the wraps. My bf surprised me with a chicken cupbob and when they say an explosion of flavors, they mean it. It was good, but rice ratio to the tiny amount of fried chicken was sad. The toppings mostly take the bowl. -This one I wouldn't get again. If you enjoy an explosion of mixed flavors, this is one is for you.

I was craving for some Korean fried chicken and stumbled upon this on Yelp so I decided to grab takeout here. Surprisingly, the restaurant was small with a few table seatings. There's also a small drive thru window on the side for customers to order, which is the first I've ever stumbled upon. I decided to order their half and half chicken with flavors of yangnyum and soy garlic. Also, ordered the rose tteokbokki as a side. The food took a while to be ready. I noticed there were only 2-3 people working, so that might've explained the slowdown. I had to wait about 20-25min to get my order. Overall, the chicken was nice and crispy and sauce was coated perfectly. I would skip the rose tteokbokki since the sauce tasted like it was made from ramen sauce packet. The rice cakes were chewy but the sauce was just off. Not worth $15 imo. It's nice to have a Korean fried chicken restaurant in Kent but wish they have a system to expedite the process especially for those waiting at the drive thru for a while. If I ordered from the window, I'm expecting my food to be ready in 5-10 minutes top like most fast food restaurants.

Very clean, modern space, with a drive thru for when you get the munchies. I ordered the gangjang chicken, small, and while the flavor was nice, I thought the size/price was a bit delusional. My husband ordered the half and half garlic soy, and the crisp was good, flavor was nice, but again, nothing I'd go out of my way to have again. The cashier guy was...robotic, almost. Kind of weird, but he wasn't rude or anything, very servicial? I give him kudos for dealing with the two older ladies that came in and took literally 30 mins of questioning him before ordering their food.

Went here during their soft opening which was sometime during March so I can only review what I tried, at that time since it was a soft launch they only had a limited item to sell but we got a half and half bucket which the selection of Yangyum and soy garlic which were both very good flavors! The service was very very quick, we had wanted to use their drive through at first but then said Nevermind let's check inside and the ambiance was actually very spacious which was surprising I don't know why I was thinking it was even smaller for some reason but that was not the case. Will definitely come back soon to try out their tteokboki selections since I wanted to try those out during their earlier launch.

I have to give credit to Friday's because they actually listen to my feedback and made improvement! The rice cake finally comes with fish cake!! Love the flavor as always! Chicken is great too!

Newly opened. The breading was decent but a little too thick. We ordered mild and it wasn't spicy at all. Chicken gizzards were cooked well but breading was too thick. Also, the breading needed salt. Chicken wings were cooked really well. Piping hot and juicy. The tteokbokki was delicious. Loved it! Solid place except for breading and lack of salt.

This is a Korean style Fried chicken restaurant. The inside is just a simple dine in fast food setup. They have limited dine in and take out. Service is prompt and friendly. We have ordered some fried chicken and a chicken burrito. Decent size of the dishes. The price is a little bit high but they both tasted good. I will definitely go back and try something else.

Came across this place on Yelp and thought to give it a try. We love Korean style wings, and I'm so happy they opened one here in Kent! I love that it's drive thru and convenient. Considering they are new, just be mindful of the wait! -We decided to het the half and half. (Snow rub & spy garlic) I loved the flavor of both. I do lean towards the snow garlic and love the big pieces of garlic I found (probably by accident) but owner if you're reading this, please leave the big garlic pieces. The snow rub was pretty good, just wish it was evenly distributed on the chicken. Some in the bottom had none of the seasoning while other had A LOT. The crispness was pretty good as well. We were pleasantly surprised by the HUHE pieces of thighs in there, we did not expect that at all. -Fried Gizzards: bomb asf. Loved the sriracha mayo sauce they had in it. I still do t know what gizzards are but i don't care, it's bomb. Perfectly seasoned and perfect crispness. -Fries: I wasn't much of a fan of the waffle fries. I don't know what it was. -Cheese balls: bomb asf. Bomb bomb bomb! -Radish: good but not what I'm used to. -Service: amazing service from the two guys. Minor tweaks and I think this restaurant will be a huge hit.

House made sauces and condiments. A fusion of Korean chicken and Mexican burritos. The cheese balls were especially light yet cheesy. Burrito is massive

But if you want a solid,…read moredown-to-earth breakfast that actually hits the spot, you need to check out The Firestarter Bar in Kent. I've been in a few times and am impressed by the quality of the food. My hats off to the chef! Here's the breakdown of the meal: The Food Chicken Fried Steak: This wasn't one of those cheap frozen patties that's all breading. It was nice and thick with just the right amount of crunch. Sausage Gravy: The gravy can make or break this dish, and they nailed it. It was thick, savory, and had tons of flavor. Stuffed Hash Browns: I upgraded my regular hash browns to the stuffed version with bacon, and it was the best decision of the day. They were perfectly fried and crispy--exactly how hash browns should be. Over Easy Eggs: It's surprisingly hard to find a place that doesn't overcook these lately, but mine came out exactly as ordered. Pancakes: I swapped my toast for pancakes, and they were fluffy and light. They serve them with soft whipped butter and syrup, which makes a huge difference. The Service The real star of the morning was Debbie. She's essentially a one-woman show--running the bar, waiting tables, and serving everyone. She is absolutely awesome and keeps the place moving smoothly. It's rare to see that kind of hustle these days. The Verdict Don't let the "bar" label or the exterior scare you off. It's a friendly, welcoming spot with better food than most dedicated breakfast joints in the area. Give this place a chance--you won't regret it.

What I got was anything but good. I ordered a 6 piece honey BBQ and a 6 piece Pineapple. These wings were straight up DISGUSTING. Gross, slimy, and devoid of ANY flavor. There was absolutely no pineapple taste with my wings. And the honey BBQ sauce looked like it was watered down. $10.99 for a six-piece order of shitty wings will make ANYONE mad. Hope I can get a refund for this nasty food.

I made two orders and both were via Uber so I can't rate the place in person, which sounds like I never would have ordered had I crosschecked the yelp review before ordering but I did. First order was an overall average to above average experience. Placed the order got the wings, one order of garlic, one order of honey bbq with a side of ranch. Pretty tasty actually! Not the best but not bad. Second time, about a week later, same order but trying to use the buy one get one free offer to save about two bucks. Half the order arrived and the side of ranch? Yeah, the little cup was not even 1/3 full. They charge a buck for an empty cup of ranch! (No, it wasn't spilled) So, I called the Restraunt and tried to explain my situation. . . .well after I explained, the man that answered screamed "why you call me? It's not my problem, you call Uber" and hung up. Yep. The wings were fine. The experience poor. $30 for 6 wings and an empty cup of ranch is just not great. Giving that money to a restaurant with that kind of attitude? Nope. Not again. Wings were ok but there are others that deserve our hard earned money, not this place.

And being a son of the South, I sometimes get withdrawal symptoms for BBQ. This gnawed on me all day today. So, we (my Wife & I) ordered take out from BBQ Pete's here in Kent. We ordered up a full slab, beans, coleslaw, cornbread, a sandwich with no name - Oh! It was painful to even think about what was coming to my mouth! $106 later, we're in the car headed downtown. We picked up that sack of smell-so-goodness, jumped back in the car for home. Had to wait for two trains to pass, of course. We get back to the Rancho and tear open that sack. Theeere it was. Smellin' like a smoker in Heaven! The actual eatin' was a little off expectations. The full slab was nowhere near the size of the old Famous Dave's or the older Tony Roma's; but serviceable. The cornbread was good, but Yankified - they sugar it, but not bad at all. I'll have to digest if it was worth the $106 for two, but BBQ Pete's slaked my thirst for BBQ for awhile. It's not Texas, Kansas City, St. Lois, Nashville, Mobile, or even Miami, certainly not Cherry Branch or anywhere in Virginia - but we're waaaay up here, nowhere near down there.
