Well, inside it's pretty small, and doesn't offer much space for in-dining, but... there are some tables and you could dine in if seats are available. The place is fairly new and pretty clean, but I might recommend ordering ahead and possibly for take out. The food is great, for sure they got that formula down but I do feel they are a bit too pricey. They offer a variety of flavors and heat, but I do enjoy their dry rubs more than their saucey sauces. In fact, I do tend to order take out that way I can enjoy delicious wings from the comforts of home. Overall, it's not anything spectacular, outside of a closer store to home and the food being delish. It's a bit spendy, small, and can take a bit at times for your order to be fulfilled. Have been going to Wingstop for the last 20+ years. Their wings have only improved throughout the years. Their lemon pepper ones is to live for and it is our favorite! This is my go-to Wingstop, mostly go in person but have ordered 2 delivery (but never again). In person is absolutely fine, service is friendly and helpful and food is good. However both times I've ordered delivery multiple items were left out of the bag. First it was fries and ranch, the second it was 10 wings and ranch. It was never enough to justify a second bag. Just don't order delivery. Quality control before something goes out the door just doesn't exist. And if you've got a big order you may have to drive back down just to pick up most of it. read more

Where do I start? I am giving this 2 stars because the ranch, fries were fire and chicken sandwich wasn't bad but the rest including customer service sucked. Small establishment. Small business with only 5-6 tables, so plan to take out if it's a busy night. Order ahead unless you've got time to kill. We arrived at 6pm on a Saturday, totally ok with waiting as we know this is a busy time at a newer business. Fully aware this was our mistake. The lady who took our order, Samantha, was not the brightest crayon in the box. She was so flighty and aloof. She was more concerned with flirting with other customers, the Mod pizza manager who came in to do a food trade, talking to her coworkers and such that she must have asked me about my order or to repeat my order multiple times. It was very frustrating. I'm standing right in front of you and you can't even make eye contact or keep a conversation? YIKES. Is this what todays pay gets? Someone better train these people. Rating Wingstop mostly on experience. There really isn't anything special or that stands out for a good or great experience. It isn't really fast food, but also not really a sit down and enjoy a meal kinda place. The wait is kinda long, but I figure that is okay since they make your wings upon order. So you do get a fresh batch of wings when you do order. The variety of flavor is also pretty good. This visit my hubby and I enjoyed garlic parmesan wings and Louisiana rub wings. First and foremost, the service here was fantastic (unlike other locations of this chain)! The location itself is small so there isn't much space for dine-in. The interior was clean and well maintained from what we could see. The staff took the time to explain the entire menu and all options. We ordered the boneless wings. The Honey BBQ was really good and had the right amount of tanginess. Their Hawaiian flavor is really good as well with a nice pineapple taste. I also like the Garlic Parmesan which is a dry seasoning. We went with the ranch to dip both the chicken and the veggies. Their fries were good and could have used even more of the seasoning for my taste. Overall: good food, very reasonable prices, great service! We'll definitely be going back. This location is closest to my house and my go-to. Food is mostly great but my last encounter on 9/19 was horrible. I came in to place my order and I wanted the summer deal online that is advertised and the lady jumped in and said "summer is over" we don't offer that. And that I would need to place the order online even though I'm in the store. My food ended up being really soggy and incorrect. While me waiting for my order a group of employees started talking about me in Spanish. Once I locked eyes with the of the ladies they immediately stopped talking. At this point I wanted a refund. The manager gave me a refund but would not give me a copy for me and made me take a photo of the receipt. Finally have a Wingstop open up close to my house! Being brand new, everything inside was clean and definitely matches the Wingstop vibe; I don't recall seeing airplane parts on the walls though. They seemed well staffed and everyone was friendly given the amount of orders they were pushing out. I haven't tried the bone-in wings yet, but the boneless wings were good. Meat was juicy, wings flavorful, dry rub flavors were crispy and the sauced variety was evenly coated. The fries I received were quite terrible with sizes ranging between a potato wedge to pretzel stick, soggy, and I think they forgot the seasoning (I ordered extra seasoning). If you like disgusting and sloppy food, then this is the place for you! We placed an order around 3:20 pm for a 4:45 pm pickup. When we got to the store and picked up the meal, things seemed okay. After getting home and beginning to eat it noticed how soggy/sloppy the fries were and all the Chicken had a very strange like it had been sitting in some grease flavor for a while. Reached out to Wingstop and spoke to Benny who served as a go between to his manager, since we never were able to speak to that person. First they said that we were late picking up the food. We explained that we placed the order to pickup at exactly the time we arrived (seemed they made it and then let sit for over an hour even though we were very clear about the pickup time). Of course they then gave the the obligatory "we'll remake the food for you." Our cramping stomachs and screaming rearends said "no thanks." We offered to bring the food back to them in order to get a refund (we'd get the "food" out of the garbage to bring it back). They declined and offered to refund the food but we'd have to wait 14 days. After 14 days, no refund so we reached out to the store and were then given the runaround about how they don't give refunds, and then they said we waited too long to ask for the refund. Which one is it?!?!? After we shared with them that Benny told us to wait that long, they didn't seem interested and offered to make the food again for us. No thanks. This place really was garbage! I had reconstructive knee surgery and had it delivered. Employees packed my lunch wrong, and when I called, they first asked if I talked to my dasher. I explained that my name was on the bag but it wasn't my order. She said "That's not our fault ma'am, someone took your order." When I tried to say it wasn't my order, she hung up on me! I called back, upset, the phone was picked up and hung up. I had to have someone DRIVE ME, knee brace, crutches AND ALL, with the wrong order, and the manager, last name Avila was already processing my refund. HOWEVER- the employee who was so HORRIBLE on the phone was lingering, lurking, staring, and when I said "was it you?" while sharing the entire account with the manager, she started arguing again! She actually told the entire staff that I was yelling at her and had called her stupid! My family was with me on speakerphone, and when I pointed that out, she stopped talking, but she never stopped staring, like she was trying to intimidate me or something. Other employees tried to remove the employee from the area, but she kept coming back, yelling across the kitchen to me at the counter. I don't have her name, she's allegedly a minor, but she's a tall black gal, about 5'10" and wearing a mask. Very hostile and confrontational. No tact, high self worth, low self esteem, likes to make up stories, thinks it's okay to lie about customers and hang up the business phone. I've been going to other Wingstops for years, I have NEVER been treated so horribly, NOR had my order so grossly mistaken. The manager refunded everything. A few days ago in the mood for wings a friend and I stopped by here for lunch. All I can say is although my friend liked her chicken sandwich, I have never had worse wings in my entire life. I ordered a combination of the Louisiana rub and the hickory smoked barbecue. The first was nothing but salty to the point I had to rub some of the seasoning off. The other wings were smothered in a sweetish barbecue sauce. To even taste chicken, I had to take some of the sauce off. The hope that at least a fast food restaurant would have decent fries faded very fast at the first bite. They were both soggy, and a few of them seemed undercooked.
