I'm a united postal worker, just got off a 12hrs shift on a rainy day. I did not want to cook or pick food up, so I ordered from Uber Eats on my way home, so the food would be there when I get there. I ordered 20boneless wings with fries. Uber Eats had a deal, 4 free boneless wings with order over $25. I get home, only received the 4 boneless wings. I hop in the car to get my meal. I'm already irritated that my day is still not over. I get to wingstop and ask about my second bag. The employee looks at the current bags, then goes to the back. He returns with the manager. The manager never looks at me, he just mumbles something to the employee then walks off. The employee just comes up and says "take it up with DoorDash". I was so mad and just walked out, because I'm an adult and didn't want to cause a seen. But they gave me no explanation, food, nor respect. read more

October 16, 2024 - Driving with Doordash, occasionally my daughter and I will ask a restaurant if we can use their restrooms while they finish an order. The Wingstop at Kent Station in Kent, WA told my daughter that the restrooms were for customers only. When she pointed out that she was picking up for Doordash and the order wasn't yet ready, a man identifying himself as the manager approached the younger man at the counter and reiterated that Doordash was not a customer and she needed to leave with the food once it was ready, which it was almost immediately, and she did. As a note: my daughter is a transwoman. She is 6' tall and was wearing a skirt and boots. Our second pickup was several doors down and, as that was being done, I ( 5'4", shorts & flats) went inside and smiled at the same man and asked if I could use the restroom. He said, "the code is XXXX", with no hesitation. I asked him to repeat it and he did. I asked him why he hadn't given the code to my daughter and described her and he stammered and said the restroom was for customers only and I said, "you didn't make me order anything, though. What is your manager's name?" At that point, a young woman came up and said that restrooms were for customers only and that the manager's name was private. That, if I had issues, I could call the 'establish a franchise' number with any complaints. I took a photo of that number ( and will attach it here ), but when I still had my phone out, the entire staff had turned their back to the front of the store and the woman shielded her face and said they didn't consent to any recording. I told her I wasn't recording them - though I suspect someone may have in the past given the very synchronized way they'd all reacted - but that they'd all acted discriminatory toward a transwoman and that I'd be reporting them all if I couldn't have their manager's name. I've reported the store to Doordash, left this review, and will be moving forward as appropriate. read more

It's been awhile since I had Wingstop. I got the 3 piece chicken tenders combo for free. When I got home, the fries weren't hot, just warm and all the fries were limp looking, not crispy. Light seasoning and that's what I wanted but the seasoning was too light, not enough flavor. I get there & they didn't have my order ready and then when they finally found my receipt, they said it was more than what I was told on the automated system and then they said the order was the 20 boneless meal deal with reg fries for $22 when I ordered the 20 boneless meal deal with voodoo fries for $20 and so why do I have to pay more for regular fries? They said it charged me extra for the ranch I said I asked for one ranch one blue cheese but the automated system made 2 ranch and one blue cheese. They said they can't change it and that it's happened and I won't be the last person to complain about the automated system. Is it ever a good sign when the tables are all wobbly, and the kitchen staff are laughing and joking around in the back? I would say it bears concern for the customer. Chairs that sound like nails on a chalkboard when they are scooted out and in; has Halloween reappeared as this is the first of November? All jokes aside, a truly scary experience. Staff were not really worried about the increasing line of customers waiting to place orders or pickup food via order-ahead, and the cashier that we had was rather rude and didn't make the customer feel very welcome. In comparison, we placed our order to be ready by 6 pm, with moderate groups of people inside the restaurant, we were surprised it took 12 extra minutes to receive our food. Now the food was great, apart from missing our cheese sauce; bear in mind we presented online so it's pretty hard to mess up on that in my opinion. Just a mediocre night for WingStop, walking around Kent Station the hustle and bustle was not seen over by here it was more centered around The Ram and the like. Can the WingStop stop me in my tracks and make me want to order again from them or will I continue to get this hot and cold experience? Time will tell which is the winner. read more

I got home, opened up the container to reveal.. wrong seasoned chicken. I ordered lemon pepper wings and garlic parm wings. They got the lemon pepper right buy for the garlic parm.. they had like a watered down cajun sort of seasoning. There's also bits of bone pieces? I attempted to call them multiple times since my receipt was correct and the items received were not. No answer. The store hasn't even closed yet. Highly disappointed. Ordered off of Door Dash. Wingstop knocked this one out of the park!! They put my order in an aluminum foil type of container (ordered a 40 pack!) I would estimate the delivery drive was about 20 minutes. After getting it delivered, I carried the food to the kitchen and opened the bag. The wings were still so fresh and so hot! YES!!!! Nothing is worse than cold or barely warm wings. Anyways, the wings were amazing yet again, and my order was perfect. This location is consistent, and provides a quality product. Upon ordering the lady asked if I'd like boneless or bone-in wings, into which I replied "bone-in" and we confirmed this with each other multiple times. My to go food took significantly longer than my guest's and once I got ready to go, my car broke down and a tow had to be called in front of the restaurant. I was tempted to order one of their loaded fries, but decided I didn't need it. I've tried the Cajun Fries before, and it wasn't bad, but I prefer crispy fries. The boneless wings were good. The Atomic was actually spicy, after having a few, but I didn't like the sour flavor. The Mango Habanero didn't seem spicy at all, even though it's supposed to be second spiciest. The person taking the orders seemed very indifferent and didn't offer to answer questions or provide any help.
