I see a lot of negative reviews for this location but have not ever had that experience the multiple times I have stopped by for take out. Granted if I wanted out of this world chicken wings, I would make them myself or go visit one of the amazing small businesses in the area. However, with that said wingstop definitely can hit the target when I just have a craving for decent wings. The service has always been nice when I have gone and the wings have never been dry. I love getting the wings naked and ordering a few of my favorite sauces on the side so I have a variety. I would give this place more stars if their wings were better but I think 3 stars is pretty good for a chain. I have been obsessed with Wingstop for the past almost 5 months. I had Wingstop from another spot and it taste really good and I know what it supposed to taste like, but unfortunately almost every time I order from this spot I have a issue. sometimes the food doesn't come and other times it doesn't taste like it's supposed to. the corn is always uncooked and it taste completely disgusting to the point I can't even continue eating it, this is really annoying, it's a waste of time and money. It seems like they overly season everything especially on the fries to the point that I would have to put them in a strainer and shake all the seasoning off to be able to eat them. The food we received was not ours, we called the store to let them know we received the wrong order the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and acted like they couldn't understand what I was saying. I tried to explain the whole point of getting something delivered is so you don't have to leave. They stated we can't help with that you got food if you want to come here we can change it. So we had to go to the store once we get there the people at the front counter were on the phone and then we explained what happened again. At this point I asked for a manager they stated they were at lunch we started the process at 9pm didn't get to the store til after 10pm. Im hot at this point these young people start speaking in Spanish. I feel like they don't understand what I'm saying all I want is my food to be remade and speak to a manager. Such a bummer that this place has such bad reviews - my experience wasn't as bad as I was expecting at ALL. Customer service was great. They greeted us right away, made sure we weren't an online order, and gave us plenty of time to look over the menu since it was our first time. We ordered two combos: one with lemon pepper and garlic parmesan wings with fries, and another combo with original hot and lemon pepper wings with veggie sticks. The place was very clean and extremely slow for it being a Seahawks game day. They had all three televisions tuned to it, so it was nice to have something to watch during our almost 30 minute wait (part of the the reason for only 3 stars). We got our wings and everything was nice and fresh, so it was comforting to know they at least didn't come from sitting under a heat lamp. My boyfriend loved his wings - he said that the original hot wings were "amazing." I don't think my experience was as great as his - my lemon pepper boneless wings were crazy salty (and I normally love salt) and my garlic parmesan boneless wings were lacking ANY sort of garlic taste. Just dusted parmesan salt on top... The fries were soooo good though, until we got a few fries in and realized they are dusted with sugar? That was weird. This location is also relatively new and consequently still clean. The problem is the customer service. On multiple occasions, ordering online and calling ahead has resulted in lost tickets and really long wait times. Imagine ordering in advance, because you're on a tight schedule, and then showing up to wait 30 minutes. Also imagine, while you wait, the people who order after you show up are getting their wings first. Orders of the same size, even. Because I love the wings so much, I've resolved to never order ahead again. When you order in person, the 15 minute wait time is pretty consistent. The food is excellent. We've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed by the food. They do get quite busy so be prepared to stand in line and wait, but the food is worth it. There are a few quirks with the restaurant like they don't have napkins but rather one roll of paper towels for the entire place, and when you're eating messy food like wings that isn't ideal. They also have no trash can for customers so people just leave their old food and garbage on the tables, and with the staff being so busy taking orders and cooking that leaves messy tables all over. There's a lady often taking orders that is super nice, and we often get the 15 piece meal that comes with fries, two drinks, two dipping sauces, and up to two flavors of wings. We are big fans of the Parmesan garlic wings or the mild wings, and we LOVE the Parmesan fries. So yummy! Worth the stop if you're near Kent Station, and easy to get to from the Sounder if you're commuting. read more
