Food was not that great, it looks quite a while to get our food also and they were not busy at all. Hubby had the grilled chicken sandwich and I had the chargrilled chicken wrap & coleslaw. The coleslaw was really good and they gave you a lot. The chicken wrap was not good at all, too much lettuce and hardly any chicken at all. The chicken they did have in the wrap was way over cooked and dry, I couldn't even eat some pieces because they were to hard and tough. This review is more about the people at this location (1720 East Wooster St.) than the food. I was there February 5th for lunch while traveling on buisness and left my credit card on the table. I realized 3 hours later and about 200 miles away what I had done. I called the location and our waitress whose name was Katelyn had found the card and turned it in. The manager I spoke to ( a lady) was kind enough to help me out and send it back to me. Five stars for Katelyn, the manager and a big thanks. Their main thing, the chicken, is ok. The ribs taste EXACTLY like any other place's ribs, mediocre at best. The server messed up one of our drinks and the wings had little to no sauce on them. I asked for a military discount today and I was told "only in uniform." So because I'm not in uniform means I'm not military? Kinda blew my mind. Stacy reached out to me and wanted to know every detail of my visit so she could address the problems. She compensated me with FrickBucks and I have not had a problem with service since. This was our first visit and we were very hungry after moving our daughter into college. We waited 45 minutes did our food and then I received the wrong order. Then the waitress told me that I ordered the wrong thing. So I need some sauce which took another 5 minutes and the. We asked for condiments that took awhile so we had to ask another waitress. Frickers is where I go when I'm craving for a wing sauce not served at Buffalo Wild Wings. Their wings are also much larger in comparison. I always try to order an appetizer I haven't had yet but if I want to stick with something familiar I go with their Frickles - fried pickles. Their daily specials are also worth mentioning - 5 Buck Chunks night on Thursdays - don't let the special title steer you away, that's just what they call their boneless wings. Depending on the sporting events, it can get a little rowdy. My last visit was a little sour because a big table not too far from where we sat was cussing loudly and yelling at their servers to get their attention. Not sure if they were drunk but regardless that was uncalled for. Hoping my next visit is more pleasant. read more

Horrible service/Food wait times. We stopped here on our way to Michigan arrived around 7:30 had to wait for a table about 10-15 min which was not horrible we had a chance to look at the menu briefly while we were waiting when we sat down we were greeted fairly fast got our drink orders and when she came back with our drinks. We gave her our order right away so things seemed like they were running smoothly but it took at least 25-30 min to get one salad out to us that was ordered then the hour mark went by and still no food we started looking around growing more impatient as kids were getting hungry and losing patience. Our waitress says to us I got your order coming out in probably less than 10 min time is somewhere around 8:45 by this time I am watching the clock because we are all growing more and more frustrated!! I see her at one point go and talk to the manager who is peeking in the kitchen looking at the orders on the string line... because by 8:55 we still do not have our food we are really beginning to wonder, what is going on. by 8:58 our waitress says they are traying it up now well that was a lie and by 9:05 she is doing everything she can to avoid eye contact appearing busy keeps her back turned to us, hangs out at the bar because yep 9:10 still no food? How long does it take to tray up 4 plates? I'm more suspicious that she was just feeding us a line. My husband starts adding up what we owe for salad and drinks ready to walk out he had decided that by 9:15 if we have no food we are leaving well 9:14 and finally here she comes. She proceeds to say that because we were not mean to her because she does not cook our food and we have been so patient she is taking 1/2 off our bill for the long wait... so the bill comes and I look it over I see 1/2 off yet I also see instead of the kids meal being free ( we met requirements of purchasing a kids drink , we had a dinner order) guess what yep they charged for it, and my husband ordered a special that was now marked to regular price....I guess Im suppose to overlook this since we got a huge break??? I asked our waitress about it who gave me some story about how thats how its rung because manager comped it (so technically not 1/2 off if they charge you for things free and up the special price?) she says oh it will be different once I verify the charges when I ring you out...why give me a false bill then? Do you want me to get you the correct bill before I ring it? wait she just said it will fix when she rings it up so now she can give me a correct bill before she rings it? wait is this because I caught it? I said no need but when you come back I would like the correct amount bill so I know what I am being charged. so she comes back with a bill now comped more and says this is all your going to have to pay to day since the bill was messed up.....well thanks and Great but why do I feel completely lied to??? I will tell you why!!!! I was once a server and if you want my respect you keep me informed but do not lie!!, you don't avoid my table you smile you ask if there is anything you can do and apologize to the guest for the long wait times they are experiencing you get the kids some crackers or something to help ease the pain and their hungry impatient bellies because food is not coming out and that goes a long way with parents. You don't lie to them to buy time you are honest and keep them informed and yes offer them a discount or something (which great you did!!!) But I only get it because I was nice to you and we were being patient..... the lies lost my respect and my future business!! Yes you got a tip because sympathetically I was a server, but you did not deserve one because your service was not exceptional!! For what service the one time you offered to refill drinks and the lies you dished up? problem is yes we took up a table and we were given your section but I hope this serves as valuable information that you might evaluate your performance and what you need to work on......yes you do not cook my food you don't have control of the kitchen but you have control of how you treat your guest and that goes a long way when everything else is HORRIBLE but you added to our Pain and frustration and in the end we will not ever stop here again!! read more

First of all, the food is great. But I have been there at times with horrible service. Honestly it feels like the servers do not care about their job and really do not care about the customers. I went there the other night to celebrate my friend's 21st Birthday and the server did not even say Happy Birthday to him. I also asked for lemons with my water which they always forget. Every single time. They also throw the plates on the table like there isn't a table full of people trying to enjoy each others company. Sometimes the servers sit down at a table and just talk, not even worrying about their tables or if the customers need anything. Then if you ask for something extra, they get upset and give you attitude. They are also very slow. If you order drinks, you should expect to get your water about 20 minutes later and then wait another 20 minutes to order your food. Honestly it seems like the servers are afraid to ask the tables if they need anything because then they will have to actually work. The bathroom's heat is also on full blast and feels like a sauna while the rest of the restaurant is freezing. Also I witnessed two employees kissing in the middle of the restaurant which is not something I want to see while eating my meal. But I'll still go there next week. read more
