I have often lamented that I can't get this particular dish back home. The chicken is always tender, and the cheese sauce is always perfect. Nice crispy chips and delicious not too hot salsa complete the experience. About the only thing I haven't done here is have an alcoholic beverage, on my most recent visit my wife had a margarita and indicated it was delicious.
