I love stopping in to chipotle on busy days and the kids have stuff to do. I get in and there is 5 workers behind the bar one person in front of me and i'm waiting about 10 minutes. When it's finally my turn they are almost out of brown rice and instead of getting more to fill my bowl the opt to give me smaller portions the whole way through. And then my kid got corn in her bowl when she specifically asked for no corn as she is allergic. They also spilt some of her bowl and didn't even add what they had spilt. Sad 5 workers can't make two decent bowls. read more

While this Chipotle is often busy due to being in a college town, whenever I order pick-up, my order is always correct and usually done within the estimated time frame. Of course, I've had the occasion trouble of mixed up orders or the kitchen being swamped, but it's in a prime location, and it's busy most days. The workers are extremely nice, and even when things are backed up, they patiently explain the kitchen situation and try to help everyone in line as quickly as possible. I have noticed some inconsistencies in some of their ingredients. For instance, some nights the steak is spicier than others, and unfortunately, the rice can sometimes be overcooked. I usually order a bowl, and I'm not sure if it's because I have to drive with it in my car or because of how it's put together, but it's often very messy by the time I get home, and I have to clean up parts of it. I am a consistent customer at this location, and I can confidently say I will be back again soon. Most of the time, it's great! Occasionally, hit-or-miss, but we're all human! read more

Very busy Chipotle due to the proximity of BGSU. However, this location is also right off the freeway which makes it a good place while road trippin' and wanting to have a somewhat healthy meal that is not a typical fast food chain. Visited this location twice while road trippin'. Very easy to get to from the freeway and easy access to get back on. The service is meh - a lot of college kids it looks like both as customers and workers. One visit here had a huge line and workers everywhere - lots of chaos, organized chaos maybe? My husband's bowl was messed up because of the commotion going on. The one staff member got right on it and made him a new bowl right away, while the other staff member told him to get back down the line and wait for a new bowl. Thankfully, someone had some sense and made it quick and right the second time. Food is always good per any Chipotle. Definitely will come here again because of the convenient location. read more

This place is ridiculous! As a Chipotle fan, this location speaks volumes about management. The person serving us at the food counter, literally rolled her eyes at every customer. When it was our turn (3 of us), as she was making our first bowl, her service exuded as if she was bothered, while making a statement "if I'm scheduled tomorrow, I'm calling out sick." Our second bowl is being made, and thank goodness another employee stepped in, who gave superb service, but before the transition, the disgruntled employee continued to say "I don't feel good, why am I working". When I heard that, we were already at the cash register and immediately asked them to remake the first bowl. Management- if you were living in a rock, a pandemic happened, and we're still not out of the woods, so making your employees work while showing any symptoms of flu, or COVID is really bad judgement. We are on a road trip with 3 kids. I tried to use the app to ensure a quick pick up to get back on the road but didn't fully understand the kids meals, so I had to go in. I have never experienced a more efficient and friendly Chipotle. We have stopped at this one before and it has taken way too long, especially with kids in tow. The definition of a bad experience. I am typically a big fan of Chipotle; however, my feeling have changed. For starters, the chicken was burnt. I asked for more rice, but the employee took the spoon and scooped less than half the spoon of rice and put it in my bowl. The least they could've done was a full scoop. I am paying for it so I should get what I want, correct? We also ordered a small chip, that contained exactly 15 chips. I have gotten well over 15 chips in a small bag before, so I am confused as to what happened with this bag. Lastly, not one employee had a smile on their face or said "your welcome" after I said thank you. I want to walk in and feel welcomed but instead I felt the complete opposite. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE!!!!!!!!!!!! If there were 0 stars for this place I would have picked it! They are so slow and give you 1/4 of the portion any other Chipotle ever does. the chipotle near bowling green's campus is pretty regular. It's just like any other chipotle you've been to. If you haven't been to a chipotle before, it's upscale mexican. You can get burritoes, tacos, salads with lean meat like chicken, steak, and some other meats. Then add salsa (various spiciness), sour cream, cheese, guac, lettuce. It's very good. allergies: I have a gluten allergy and they did a good job. You just have to tell them I have one, and they know what to do. overall I was very satisfied with the experience. read more

Well...once again I am completely unsatisfied with my food. We both ordered steak bowls. The steak was very fatty. We both also ordered brown rice in our bowls and we both received white rice. Neither of us can eat white rice, so we couldnt even enjoy our meals let alone eat most of it. Well, I used the online ordering system for my order last night after coming home from a soccer tournament in Cincinnati. My pickup time was 730. I sent the order in at 630. When I got there at 730 they had not even started my order. Then after a few minutes I was told they are waiting on steak and it would be 4 minutes. I was offered a drink for the inconvenience but declined. 25 minutes of waiting the steak was done and our orders were started. I should have been smart enough to check them before I left. Yuk. I don't write a lot of reviews, generally about 1 a year. After recently eating at Chipotle in Bowling Green, I had to figure out how to log into my yelp account again. Comparing Chipotle experience at the Bowling Green store, to other similar fast food mexican restaurants, like Moe's, or Qdoba, or even TacoBell, the food quality comes in last place. Now, specifically the condition of the store. When my wife and I walked in, it was mid-afternoon. Well after the lunch rush. Mid-July, so not too busy, considering it's adjacent to a college campus. However, the store was a disaster. The dining room looked like a frat house after a keg party. There were at least 8 people behind the counter, and only one of them seemed to be doing anything productive. The other 7 looked like lazy, ungroomed, filthy, smelly hipsters. I really don't care if you have long hair, tattoos, gauges, etc...but if you look like you slept on a park bench last night, and came to work without changing your clothing, you should not be touching my food. While they were loitering around, doing nothing, the dining room trash cans overflowing, food and spilt beverages on every.single.tabletop, the floor was sticky, the beverage machine was FUBAR'd. The bathrooms were worse than any gas station bathroom i've recently used. Keep in mind. This is 2:30pm. There was only one solitary table occupied, and no line at the counter, and the place was still a mess. My wife and I ended up choosing to eat outside, because on the patio, at least the spilled food was being cleaned up by pigeons. But even the tables in the outdoor dining area were a mess. They were arranged as if there was a large group that just ate there, and pulled all the tables and chairs into a large circle...however none of the lazy-as-hell employees were making any effort to reorganize the chaos. Oddly enough, there is a Chipotle store in my hometown. That store is clean, friendly, inviting, and quick. The exact opposite of this one in Bowling Green. It's so different, it's difficult to comprehend they represent the same brand. read more

Chipotle's food is more or less the same everywhere and I do like it. This review is primarily based on the speed and service of the staff. Compared to other Chipotles I have visited, this one is just slow and inefficient. During the school year, lines are long, and while at many locations that means a 10-15 minute wait, here it's more like 30 minutes. Even when there are only a few customers, the staff's leisurely pace of work means that you will wait longer than you might expect. There is also a good deal of inconsistency in terms of how much of the various ingredients get put into your burrito, depending on who makes it. It would be nice to have a more consistent end product from visit to visit. Like all Chipotles, the place is an echo chamber and sounds crowded whenever there are more than 6 people in the dining area. read more

Today was quite possibly my worst fast food experience ever. The first server couldn't get my order of two bowls and a burrito straight and kept mixing them up. Then we got to the end of the line and I was told there was no guacamole today. THEN, as I had my card, I told her I had the app, too, she snatched my card from me, and swiped it before I could scan, losing out on my free bowl, which expires tomorrow and also losing out on the $20 worth of points. THEN, she informs me there are no more bags in the store. When I asked if she was going to help me carry out my pile, she just looked at me. As I get I to my car, the burrito rolls onto the floor and I realize they only half wrapped that burrito. I marched back in, asked for the manager, who remakes said burrito and magically produces guac for that one. There is also a pile of bags by the counter that magically appeared in the 1.5 minutes that I was gone. He also informed me that I can get my points by submitting my receipt on the app. Would have been good to know. Honestly worst service I have ever experienced. Me and a group of people from my church came in after our church retreat across the street and the workers were incredibly rude. The first event that took place was one of the workers making rice continues to speak to me and a friend (16 years old and 14) and tells us how we need to call in next time because we "come in and take all of their food" yet, we are giving them service and their job is to serve us. Second, I ask for white rice and the server rolls his eyes and gives me brown rice. Totally not ok. Never going again and will never recommend to anyone. I arrived at 6:55 expecting the order to be ready. Upon arrival, there 5 people in front of me waiting for pick up! When a cashier asked me for my name, she said nothing. Not only did the "walk in" line empty faster than the online orders-I waited 30 minutes for our food. I could have stood in line and gotten my food faster than ordering online!
