Despite the fact it was after hours (evening before the party), Rod actually spent 20 minutes with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem, assist me with repairing a valve and priming a pump. He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. Other companies said it would be $475 just to come out and take a look. This is the only company I will use for all my future pool service needs. Hard to find people like Rod these days. Service started off fine. Sure there are missed services here and there, sometimes with…read morenotification, sometimes without. Priced competitively and Matthew Hall was friendly and sent service reports every time he would visit. When he would miss a service in summer, the pool would grow algae and then he would charge me for the algaecide that was needed due to his missed service. About 4-5 months ago, service started being more sporadic. He often wouldn't notify me he was going to miss service. Recently, he went to the pay per visit model with chemicals not included. So when he missed a visit, he shouldn't charge you, right? He still did, and I had to ask for the days to be taken off the next invoice. Chemicals are expensive, I get it. But the pool service when from $100 to $135-160 per month. And now he has stopped all communication and has not shown up for service in 2 weeks with no notifcation. I would not recommend Matthew's service. There are plenty of other services in the valley, stay away from this one. The company is now called Triple P LLC.

I was told someone would come out to take a look, but no one showed up. I called again and was told they would come out the next day. Again, no one showed up. I then received an apology and was told I was penciled in for Tuesday and that they could probably provide me with a quote if I sent pictures, my address, and my personal information. I did exactly that and provided everything they requested. Still no quote. I eventually called again because I never received the promised email. I was then told that they thought they had already given me the quote. They hadn't. And, once again, no one came out on Tuesday as promised. At this point, it was just excuse after excuse after excuse. I spent my time making calls, sending pictures and information, and trying to accommodate their schedule, only to never receive the basic service I originally requested. I honestly don't understand how this company has so many positive reviews based on my experience. Regardless, I would never use or recommend this company.
