We really enjoyed our breakfast at Fresh Harvest Café while visiting Florence! I went with the crab omelet, and my partner ordered the carnivore omelet. Both were delicious and came with perfectly cooked, well-seasoned potatoes. The portions were generous without being over the top, and we definitely left satisfied. We also tried the Smoking Bloody Karys, which were really good! They had a nice kick without being overly spicy. Great breakfast spot and definitely one we'd recommend checking out while in Florence. read more

Surprisingly the parking lot was fairly empty, however it was shortly after 9 AM on Memorial Day. Staff seemed to be waiting at the door to greet us! Our waitress was very friendly & witty! We ordered the Homemade Corned Beef Hash, Bacon, Mushroom, & Ricotta Crepe, & the Lemon Curd Crepe. The hash was delicious with slightly crunchy bell peppers, hearty hunks of tender corned beef, perfectly grilled potato chunks, & just the right amount of seasoning! Absolutely everything is perfect. The curbside appeal does not give this place the justice it deserves. After a short wait we were seated. Lattes served promptly my Crepe to die for my husbands corn beef hash enough to share. Our server was Darlene she was wonderful. We will definitely be back. We've been to Fresh Harvest several times over the last few years, and have yet to have an acceptable meal. The Good: The service has always been excellent and today was no exception. The Bad: At best, some of the food is acceptable, but not an entire meal...ever. The Ugly: Today was the last straw. The Bloody Mary was awful. Poor flavor and too much horseradish. The celery was even wilted and brown around the top! The pancakes were tough, although there was an adequate amount of blueberries. The scrambled eggs had green? stains in them. The server thought they might be from the blueberries. The country fried steak was tough enough to need the knife that came supplied. Proper country fried steak should be fork tender. Popped in for coffee on our way down the coast and YUM this was such good coffee. We ordered lattes, one oat milk one white chocolate with whole milk. Didn't overdo it on the sugar, perfect balance, cute little place, wish we could have stopped for lunch, saw the crepes, they looked scrumptious. Fast and polite service. Kyron was a fantastic server. He seemed genuinely happy that we were there. My French Crepe had good insides [mushrooms, bacon, etc] & topped with a sherry sauce. Shrimp basket had less shrimp than expected [figured it would truly be a basket, not 6 pieces] but it tasted very good. The Coconut Horchata was delicious and a unique latte. Nicely decorated, clean and larger than it looks. The Harvester omelette was good. Average size with plenty of contents and cooked well. The one piece of toast cut in half was unbuttered with a side of jam. Fruit instead of potatoes was just a cup of honey dew and water melon with three orange slices. My wife had an exceptional crab crepe. Large, full and well seasoned. Coffee was very good as was the chi tea. We will be back. We had a really nice meal on our day trip to the Oregon coast. We were looking for a nice Sunday brunch spot. We started with coffee and one had a spicy Bloody Mary. The coffee was really good and our son enjoyed his bloody. I ordered two eggs with Cajun sausage, others got the Florentine crepe, beef fajitas breakfast bowl, and the blueberry pancakes. The food came out very quickly. Eggs were cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed the spicy sausage. My wife loved here crepe. Others enjoyed their breakfast. We were in town to celebrate UO grads and Fresh Harvest Cafe was so good we went back twice. The service was fast and super friendly! Their coffee is from Portland Coffee Roasters. So good. We were looking for something better than the hotel breakfast and what found was so much better that it was in a league of its own. This is a relatively compact space but didn't feel confining, more cozy than anything. Our server was super sweet and very accommodating. The coffee she br ought was from a Portland roaster. It was a nice breakfast blend that complimented our meal well. CFS was BOMB with a gravy that was NOT from a can!! My wife ordered the Florentine breakfast crepe that was phenomenal. Tender crepe, well filled, with a white béchamel sauce. Only minor complaints were the meat filing had some chewy bits and I needed more sausage gravy. Still worth 5 stars in book! read more

I want to give this place a 1000 star rating for their cleanliness. The place was clean in the entry, dining area & restrooms. There was not an old stale grease smell like most diners i have been to recently. I will definately eat there again when in the area & suggest this place to friends! read more

We pulled into Fresh Harvest about 1:00 on a Wednesday. There was one other customer there, but they close at 2:00 so that is why there were many empty tables. This is a delightful restaurant for a delicious lunch or breakfast. It is attractive and clean and the staff is very friendly. My wife ordered two eggs with bacon and I the Farm Boy Omellete (3 eggs in this baby). Both come with perfectly cooked and seasoned diced red potatoes and a small sample of marionberry sauce for your toast/muffin. The jam amount is small, yes, but just right for our muffins. It is delicious. My wife's bacon was thick and well cooked, she said it was excellent. The meats in my omellette were very good and the Tillamook cheese melted evenly throughout. It includes some diced veggies as well. Both meals were generous in size and delicious. The price is better than you will find in the coastal towns further north, and the quality as good or better and the quantity here is by far superior in our opinions. read more

Service is always excellent and prompt. I've been many times for breakfast (delicious!) but today was my first time for lunch. I had the prawn melt on sourdough and it was delicious! It came with fries, salad, or soup. I went with the chowder, which wasn't quite my taste, but I'm sure many would enjoy. Get this sandwich though, so good! read more

This is a great stop. I love the quiche. The omelets are huge. They are great with suggestions.

The local family member that we are required to visit on occasion will come here because they are willing to deal with her Covid paranoia (despite 5 vaccines) and sit her in a special area. That said, here we are again. The salmon was so salty it wasn't really edible. The cheeseburger had barely cooked chewy (gross) bacon and super greasy. Two stars for servers for putting up with our relative and letting her sit in a back corner where the servers pick up food. They are known for breakfast fare primarily. read more

My husband and I have been back to Fresh Harvest Cafe several times since we moved here in April. The food is so good! They frequently have specials which we have both enjoyed, and their menu is full of tempting, delicious items. The staff is warm and friendly and very attentive. One specific item I highly recommend is their Signature Drink, "Oregon Harvest". It's a very rich mocha drink with hints of blackberry and hazelnut. Almost a meal in itself. Certainly could count as dessert, but also pairs beautifully with their omelets and crêpes. read more

We waited and watched FIVE other parties who came after us get fed. The waitress IGNORED us and I finally got up and asked where our food was. She said that they had forgotten to make my crepe and that they only had one crepe machine. Shortly after she brought the food and again stated that they only had one machine. I told her that all she'd needed to do was come and SAY that it was coming and apologize for the delay. Her response: "I didn't know that I had to explain the workings of a restaurant to a customer who...." At which time we got up and walked out. What an absolute CRAP thing to say to a customer. WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE! She needs to be fired. We used to love this place and will NEVER go again. I'm so angry right now. I should have thrown it in her face! read more

This place is as 'local' as local can be! We came in at the Sunday rush and had to wait for a table, no big deal, the wait wasn't very long. The place was packed so the food must be good. The atmosphere is of a house converted to a restaurant with quite a few booths. The staff was very amiable, friendly, worked well together... it was refreshing to see a group who worked so well together. It almost looked like a choreographed dance routine the way they communicated and moved around each other. They were very busy yet collected and coordinated. Our initial server was getting so busy that another stepped up to help out and we were taken care of. I had the Philly sandwich with fries. The fries were a shoestring variety. The Philly was prepared on a hoagie roll and not cut in half, perfect! The amount of meat, onions, cheese and bell pepper was so generous that it was overflowing the hoagie roll. The flavors were spot on with my view of what a Philly should be, so I was very satisfied with what I received and the amount I got. The crepes are incredibly good as well. We had a Bacon, Mushroom Ricotta crepe that was huge! The bacon was well cooked and the mushrooms were freshly prepared. The Ricotta cheese lended and interesting flavor addition. The Oregon Berry Crepe was also very generous in size and half of it had to come home with us. I'm not sure what I appreciate more, the delicious and generous portions or how well the team works together and how cool they all are under pressure! Well done!
