Have been coming to this donut place for years. And their owners are the nicest people. You get helped almost right away and their donuts are usually very fresh unless you come in very late and I really do mean late. Personally, my favorite isn't even a donut but it is a ham and cheese croissant and a close second is their donut holes which is just the best. They have a diverse selection of donuts, croissants, and they even have cronuts. Love that they have boba but they usually don't "cook" it all the way so that the boba is hard in the middle but aside from that, I love their Thai iced tea. read more

Inconsistent with available donuts. Walked in after a 15 minute drive and they were all out of regular donuts mthey only had old fashion. I will be honest. The donuts are good and the scones are to die for but the coffee always tastes burned and literally everything is premade. Bagel and cream cheese? Pre made. So cannot get it toasted, only microwaved. Egg and cheese croissant? Pre made. Now. These aren't really things to give such a low rating for. Honestly, it almost got 1 star but the scones saved it. I give it a low rating because of the owners. They literally do not care about their neighbourhood. Someone is missing and you need to put up flyers? Dont ask them. They will say no. If you leave one up even near their entrance but not on it, they will take it down. I speak from experience on that. My disabled brother went missing and they couldn't be bothered. Another reason I wont rate higher is because they have also denied me service just because I also wanted to buy something for someone who was homeless. Then, today, when a friend of mine went there, someone came in and asked if they could get some damp napkins to clean up a bit with and the owners humiliated them and kicked them out. I give two stars because of the scones but this place otherwise is... Well, I won't finish that statement. Won't be going here again and hope that their employees find better work and they close down. If a business is not interested in being part of the neighborhood then it should not be in the neighborhood. read more

I have been coming here since I was about 9. i am now 25 years old and it's still by far the best donut shop in the valley. The morning staff is the friendliest I love Lisa and the owners in the morning. I don't usually come in the afternoon so I wouldn't be able to tell you about that staff They are open 24/7 which is awesome. Their ham and cheese croissants are to die for!! Actually all their croissants are amazing. Me and my daughter come here about once a week for a ham and cheese and a donut. Their ham and cheese croissants are worth the calories. They might just have baked them because often times they still will be warm if you get them early morn. No stale donuts here. People continuesly going in and out all morning long; many times a line because this is one good donut shop here in the valley. I like the idea when food doesn't sit around too long and has a short shelf life. Though they are not donutologists like in Portland, but good enough for the valley's taste. The place could use a deep cleaning though; not sure how sanitary this store is, so be observant; my German mother would have never eaten here. Great parking access on two sides. It was a late night as I was driving home and I wanted to buy my parents some donuts. The only place I saw open was this place, which is located in a strip mall near Vons and Western Bagel. It was a hole-in-the-wall donut and looked like every late-night donut shop around. I had no expectations when I purchased a dozen donuts. When I got home, I decided to have one of the donuts to see how it tasted. I got a variety of donuts - glazed, chocolate-covered, etc. I tried one of the glazed and was surprised at how yummy and fluffy it was without being greasy. The donuts are always fresh. If you've never tried a cronut, this place has delicious cronuts. It's a mix between a donut and a croissant and it will melt in your mouth. It gets pretty busy in the morning so if you're in a rush you may want to give yourself extra time. Heads up, they charge $0.50 to use a card. read more

I called to see what time they were open till & a girl answered the phone and said they are open 24/7 so I have my boyfriend go & they tell him that they are closing & are not allowing customers in. We were in the north valley today and in search of a Cronut. It wasn't horrible a bit too much frosting for my taste and I am use to them being just a bit more fluffy/buttery. These were heavy/dense and way to sweet. A little too much donut and not enough croissant for me. When this happens I just don't head to the nearest Winchells or other chain type donut shop. I drive directly here. Their doughnuts are alway fresh around the clock. The product is good - don't get me wrong. BUT, the customer service received today was horrifying!!!! The cashier/server who took my order was on the phone on a personal call the entire time! She did not greet me or really seem to care about my patronage. She compiled my order while discussing her Super Bowl plans on the phone. When I asked her about the different fillings in each donut, she stopped her conversation and seemed annoyed with my questions. With the transaction complete, she gave me the donuts without a "thank you" and proceeded to serve the next waiting customer in the same manner. In an attempt to voice my displeasure with the customer service, I replied,"You are really unprofessional" which fell somewhere between this donut hostess and the floor - she didn't even hear me!!!!
