This is by far my favorite donut shop i have ever stepped foot in. I live in the area and yes maybe I'm being biased but this place is truly incredible . I've been coming here since I was 5!! I am now 21 . My dad worked night shifts at his work and would come home at 12 at night . During school days I didn't get to see him, so on Friday nights I would wait until 12 him to get home and where would we go?! This place. Every Friday night we would walk in and there was Joe. Biggest smile called us by our names and whipped up my hot chocolate before I sat down at our table . The friendliest man and the best Donut maker in LA . I don't go as often anymore but when I do and I look at Joe , much older but still as friendly. This place is more then a donut shop to me . You can't go wrong with this place. Their donuts are light and fluffy and have just the right amount of sweetness. I got a maple bar and a chocolate on chocolate sprinkles. The chocolate donut left a waxy coating on the roof of my mouth. I did not finish this donut. The maple donut was good, but not excellent. The blueberry scones are good but stay away from the cream puffs. I finally tried them and while the cream inside was good, the "puff" part was anything but. It was totally doughy! The donuts taste great. The man that served us however, was rude. They have cronuts, croissants, from basic donuts to eclairs. They take card, but charge 25¢ for transactions under $15. The prices are reasonable (dozen for $10). read more

I've been coming here since I was a young child and I'm very satisfied of the service I have received over the years. There have been a few instances that I was not satisfied with the cashier not handling money well but the many times I have come here and received a phenomenal experience greatly outweigh the bad. I come to this shopping frequently, but never for this place. I had a lot of time to kill before Ross opened, plus it was 8:30 am and hadn't had breakfast yet. I decided to try it because yelp had good reviews. I purchased a kronut (they only had the cinnamon sugar one) which was just ok, small coffee and a ham & cheese croissant. The ham/cheese croissant was good. The things that bothered me were that the menu board doesn't have a price for everything in the shop, and when you get to the register, yeah they take credit/debit cards but charge $0.50 if your purchase is less than $15.00. That "sign" is small and taped to the register. I wish I had known that or there was another sign at the front door stating that. I could've easily gone to the ATM which is in the same area. As I sat and ate, I found they have a bunch of regulars and many other customers, which leads me to believe that the general quality of their products are good and their customers are pleased with them. I may or may not come back since I should be eating more healthy foods, but damn I love donuts. At least I know where to go if I need to order a bunch like the other reviewer who needed 4 doz. donuts. read more

We Love this place.......Bavarian Cream, Raspberry Jelly, Buttermilk and Croissants are yummy too! Only thing I have ever had there that I didn't love were the Apple Fritters.....not my thing, but a friend of mine Loves them and swears by them.
