    Spicy Ahi $$15.89

Poke was fresh and good! $15.89 ($29.99/lb) + extra white rice $1.75 The new location is a bit complicated for me, but I would still go there if I'm in the area.

***4.5 stars*** Fresh delicious poke. Pay by weight. We ordered 2 bowls with spicy ahi, wasabi ahi, spicy salmon, and salmon poke. Our favorites were the spicy salmon and salmon poke. Very flavorful, saucy, and tender. Service is extremely friendly. More of a grab-and-go shop. Would come back!

Took out a few trays of food: ahi katsu and furikake salmon. Excellent as usual see photos.

Fireball and Firecracker Ahi! Get if you like spicy.

My favorite poke place in Oahu! They have multiple locations and I'm always getting the same stuff each time. I like the Spicy Ahi Katsu and the Fireball and Firecracker poke. Any of their poke that is spicy, I get. This place is a personal favorite of mine because of the Fireball and Firecracker... spice is life! This is definitely a place that I recommend to people who are going to Oahu for their first time. The ladies who work at this location are a hoot. They're so chill, funny, patient, and hard workers. They let you sample and make sure you get your food. This place sees consistent business, we were there eating our food and always saw customers coming in and coming out. This location isn't really a 'sit-down' place but you can nibble on your poke for a minute before you take off. Inside is small, but clean, and you'll find a picture of Guy Fieri on the wall. The parking is not the easiest so pray for parking before you come :)

Hadn't been to a Fresh Catch located in a while. To day we did a take out. Fish and Chips and Seared Furikaki Ahi. They used Cod for the as their fish in the fish and Chips. The plate lunch came with fries and mac/potato salad. Thumbs up for the cod. I don't care for the fries or the salad. Thumbs up for the Seared Ahi. Service was friendly and helpful. Enjoy

This place was the most underrated and delicious spot I tried during my trip. Don't judge a book by its cover. The restaurant is located kind of under a bridge in a not so touristy/nice area. It's more a hole in the wall/takeout place. I ordered the Smoked Tako and it really knocked me out of the water! Normally I'm not an octopus guy it usually tastes bland and too chewy. But the way they cooked the Octopus is sooo unique and memorable because of the smokiness and their special spicy creamy sauce. I highly recommend trying this place out 10/10 would come back!

Decided to come here because LPGA Michelle Wie West rated Fresh Catch #1 for their poke so thought I'd give this spot a try while I was here on vacation. The poke was sooo good! There were plenty of options to choose from, but my best friend and I end up getting the: - Kamakazi Ahi - Garlic Ahi - Wasabi Ahi The staff here are so kind and so helpful. This was definitely worth the visit. Can't wait to come back and try more of their other options.

While In Oahu for a quick trip this April 2026, we found this spot off Yelp reviews. Very glad we did. I am diabetic and choosing tasty and healthy is not always easy. I ordered the Herb Salmon Salad Poke and Poke Bowl. So good. So fresh and good fast service.

Was in the mood for fresh poke and this hit the spot! This was our first time here so we didn't know how to order. I think they were annoyed with us, haha! I get it, we were new there. Poke orders are placed at the walk up counter and by the pound , the combo and hot food is placed at the register. Food was fresh and hit the spot. Wish there were more places to sit and enjoy inside. We drove so we devoured it all in the car.

Visit 09/2025 Fish so fresh they were probably sleeping in the ocean the night before they became poke lol. You can't leave Hawai'i without eating poke. Well you can but I'm pretty sure ithere is probably a level in Dante's Inferno for people like you. Fresh Catch is a must for poke enthusiasts or basically if you like seafood. Not the mainland poke craze where you run down a Subway style counter piling stuff like tangerine slices on top of a small serving of poke. Nope, bowls are poke and rice. Problem with that? See Dante's Inferno above. It's just take out here. Seriously, just a couple of benches while you wait for anything that might need time like a fried item. So service is strictly placing your order and paying. Thst being said, it is Hawai'i so service was full of welcoming aloha. Very patient as they do offer several takes and you are allowed to sample too! Choose whatever tickles your fancy. Ahi. Salmon. Octopus. Scallop. Spicy. Shoyu. Can't go wrong.

Wow so yummy! So fresh! So many different flavors to choose from. I love that you can ordered a poke bowl with as many as you want by the pound. It was pretty pricy, about $20? I think. But one of the best poke spots. Service was quick no frills. When we went there was no line

My #1 spot on Oahu. I can't believe I've never written a review for this place but it's finally time. Everytime I visit, I always try to stop by 2-3 times, even on a short trip! The Spicy Shoyu Ahi is to die for but all their other selection is amazing. You really can't go wrong with any choice!

Fresh Catch is a poke shop started by Reno Henriques' and has locations in Kapahulu and Kaneohe. This location near Waikiki only has a few parking spots outside and no seating inside. They make over 20 varieties of poke daily and can be bought by the pound mostly in the range of $23-$29 per pound. We ordered the spicy salmon and the shoyu ahi. The spicy salmon was good but I particularly liked the shoyu ahi. Of all the poke places I've eaten at in Hawaii (and it's been a lot), Fresh Catch's shoyu ahi might be my favorite. We ended up having to take our food to a nearby park to eat but it would've tasted delicious no matter where we went. I look forward to the day when I can come back and enjoy more of their poke offerings.

They have every musubi combination you could think of, unagi, avocado, cucumber, egg, bacon, ume, tofu skin, shrimp, you name it. I got the tuna mayo onigiri and wished they had packed in a little more tuna filling, but it was still tasty. I also tried the cucumber spam musubi, which was really good too. We came as a group of seven and everyone ordered something different, and everyone loved every bite. My tip: get at least two musubis per person. A few people in our group got four each and had zero regrets. One thing to know ahead of time is parking. It is street parking only and pretty limited, so plan for that if you are driving. We ordered around eight of them, so it was especially disappointing to find that they were mostly rice. The portions just don't feel balanced. If someone pays extra for "Double Tuna," they're expecting more tuna, NOT extra rice. They've also recently added a Kaffir Lemongrass Ahi poke that I love as well - you get exactly what the name suggests, which is bright, fresh, and full of flavor. The fish itself is always great quality; the flavor is always fresh despite the texture sometimes (rarely) having some tough parts. The prices are reasonable too, though I usually prefer ordering 1/2 or 1/4 pound of poke along with another side dish instead of a poke bowl. They have great sides like the Fish Patty Musubi or Inari Sushi, but I really hope they bring back the Grilled Musubi soon!!!
