She handed it to me. The drink was room temp. "If you need me to reheat it I can". No honey, I don't want you to microwave my tea thank you(didn't say this out loud obviously, I was very polite). I told her it was fine so I could get to work. $31 with a little tip, which I shouldn't have tipped honestly. Won't go back most likely.

On top of that, the egg on it was severely undercooked.. some of the whites were still clear and slimy, which completely ruined it for me. I had also heard good things about the mac and cheese, so I gave it a try, but that was another disappointment. It was bland and runny, and even after adding salt and pepper, it still had no real flavor. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich, which wasn't terrible, but it was definitely on the dry side. They were also out of fries, so he had to get fruit instead, which was kind of disappointing. I feel the lemon didn't match, and it was inconsistently seasoned. Some parts were extremely salty, while others were not salted at all. It was nice to try but I'd try something else next time. Pretty much slow and spotty. We gave credit for that to our server having a nearby party-time table with a lot of people, all enjoying their libations and trying to speak over each other. We could only assume the server expected a notably larger tip, maybe. All in, not the greatest use of our dining out money. Not sure we'll go out of our way to drop in here next trip in the area.

Things have improved enough consistently so I feel I should update…read more Service is much better. My man Rashet is still crushing it, but the other servers are doing great too. I will note the kitchen seems to have improved staffing or skill wise because they are a lot faster. Still feels like a wannabe general Asian cafeteria, but Quest is slow to fix things so I am just resigned to the so so atmosphere. Food is improving but still so many things missing, and the prices have gone up a lot across the board and it just doesn't seem justified. I am going to beg, please, get some hot and sour soup! A little more sushi variety please! Bring back the shu mai please! Maybe look at the plethora of Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipino, and other Asian places here in Spokane. So much variety to choose from to enhance the menu. Make it a truly Pan Asian experience and give us some variety please! Asia is more than Stouffer's Won Ton wannabe menu.
