The dressing was just right, not too much and had a bright, vinegary flavor. The sandwich came on a brioche bun and it was so soft! Also, it tasted more ranch like than Caesar, but the croutons were good! As for the nuggets, wow! They blew me away by how fresh they were. Everything about them tasted so good! If I had known they would be that large, I would have prepared myself. They're pretty filling, so I was only able to eat a few. Overall, I enjoyed the nuggets more than the salad and next time, I want to try the Brussel sprouts.

Ingredients are prepped, but the time it takes to fry a pork tonkatsu is the time it takes. There were only half a dozen people in front of me, but there was a bit of a wait.
