I bought a tube of silicone for a project, and while I was in the middle of working, I noticed…read moresomething seemed off about it. After checking the package, I realized it had expired. Because of that, I had to stop what I was doing, remove all the silicone I had already applied, and make an extra trip to return it. It wasted my time, set my project back, and caused a lot of unnecessary frustration. What disappointed me the most was the customer service. They exchanged the product, but no one apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience, and they didn't offer any kind of compensation for the time and effort I lost because an expired product was still on the shelf. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my time didn't matter. Because of that, I won't be coming back.

They are very knowlegable about paint and wood finish. They can make a copy of any key. I highly recommend them. The only thing I can think of that isn't five stars is their small parking lot and they are kind of out of the way.

I called ahead to verify my products were there, and was told to just head down and pick them up. Went to take the tags for my products up to be scanned. I genuinely wish I could give this place zero stars. I placed an online order for pickup...simple,…read morestraightforward...and somehow my items "disappeared" between confirmation and arrival. No explanation, no accountability, just a shrug and a waste of my time. The store feels disorganized to the point of being careless. The security setup is... let's just say not confidence‑inspiring. Simply what happened was an employee took my tins and acted as if they were stolen. I don't think it's profitable for a store to know that "crazy teenagers" are pillaging the store for Pokemons and they just continue to allow that behavior and tell there paying customers. What a joke.
