In March of 2022 I paid $1,910.75 for work done on my tractor for a problem that was not corrected…read more There is no complaint regarding the 7 hoses, 2 0-rings, Hydraulic oil and O-ring kits charged. However, the performance of the front end loader (the bucket) was essentially unchanged. The bucket raised and lower very slowly before going to Johnson Tractor as well as after. The tractor was picked up front my residence on February 11th and was not available until over a month later. When talking with Jay I was told that most of the cost was in research and that the problem was due to a part that is no longer available. When hiring Johnson Tractor my assumption was that the company had expertise to solve problems and would not spend many hours "researching" a solution. Since then I have replaced a several additional hydraulic lines, a hydraulic pump and two hydraulic filters. The bucket now works perfectly.
