They were so helpful, and took care of everything for me. Easy peasy! I love that they have the automatic DOG wash! For $5 (machine accepts cash or card) your dog can walk up into an elevated basin, and then it works exactly like a self-serve car wash. There's a dial on the wall to select different shampoos, deodorizers, etc. it's amazing not to have to try to bend over the bathtub to wash my dog who hates baths anyway! I love that all the products are in the machine and come out of the hose. There's even a milk bone vending machine on the wall. Make sure you bring towels to dry your dog.

Not friendly, no greeting and hardly acknowledged, but rather given snarly looks which is extremely unprofessional in this type of retail environment. I do believe the lady who conducts this behavior is the manager or assistant of this location. Unprofessional tattoos and harsh make up to add to those nasty looks she gives.
