This place is horrible! Renter beware! We have rented a storage unit from them for less than one…read moreyear and our rent has increased from $170 to $330. That is a 95% increase in less than a year. Not only that but the units are not even remotely secure from the elements. Our belongings are literally covered with dirt because the doors are not properly sealed. When we discussed this with the manager, he said that he could put a pool noodle on the bottom of our door and that would help. It didn't help. It actually made it worse! So, if you want to have your rent almost doubled in less than a year and have your belongings ruined due to shoddy construction and management, this is your place. Also slightly concerning is that they jacked our rent up again RIGHT AFTER MY HUSBAND LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW. NO NOTICE WAS GIVEN OF THIS RENT INCREASE. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST AND VINDICTIVE! Seriously rent a storage unit ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!

The facility was very clean, they had large carts to help move our stuff, and it was easy to access the building. When it was time to move out we used the U-Haul from the facility and it was such an easy experience. The staff was always so kind and incredibly helpful.
