He has stepped up personally to help a couple of times when I needed extra hands which is great . I highly recommend extra space storage especially at this location . The units are clean. The walkways are clean. The entire facility is nice and clean which is not always the case. The units are easily accessed, and there are sufficient dollies to help with the move. The units are also climate controlled which is a plus.

Called all around and the Public Storage in Herriman UT on Ashfield Drive stated they could except a big rig delivery. Called the main office to confirm this since I couldn't tour it until I got there and the agent said yes and called somebody else for a total of three people stating they could accept a big rig delivery. I arrived the day before my belongings were due to arrive and toured the facility. I could not see how a tractor trailer rig could possibly maneuver through that facility. Went to the office and it was locked and there was no one was there. Tried calling the property manager and there was no answer so I left a voicemail. Called the main number only to have them refer me back to the property manager. Left 3 voicemails and they did not call me back at all that day. Forced to find another facility in town they could accept the delivery of that size late in the day. Towne Storage in Riverton stated they could, and we went there before they closed. She was great and gave us a tour showing us how previous big rig deliveries were handled and we booked there. Our things were delivered the next day without issue. Went by the Herriman Public Storage again to cancel, but the door was still locked and there was no response. I called Public Storage's Main number and cancelled the two storage units that were never even touched and explained how the property manager still hasn't called me back. Ask them to void my reservation and refund my money as they misrepresented their facility's ability to accept my delivery. The person I talked to couldn't process what I was saying and continued to just read from a list of scripted responses. I finally asked to speak to a manager and he told me I'd have to call back and I said no, have a real manager call me as soon as possible. The next day I received a call from a "manager" who said he'd looked into it and he would cancel the reservation and refund my money, but it would take 5 to 10 days. Two weeks later there is still no refund, so I call their main number and was told they don't offer refunds unless you void the reservation the same day you booked it for. This explains why they didn't return any of my calls that day so they could scam me out of over $500 for storage units that I never even opened. She then tells me my account notes have no mention about any refund other than for the $20 locks that were inside the units that were never used and she would refund me that. So I asked her, if that's what he meant (which is not what he told me) then why was there no refund for $40 in the past two weeks since I spoke to him and she continued to talk over me and just read from her script. All the times I dealt with the main number it's someplace overseas that they've outsourced to and they just read from a script and will not deviate at all. So, I would never ever recommend Public Storage as I it appears they intentionally scammed me for $540 by lying to me about their facility's ability to meet my needs so I would book with them, would not return my calls for over 24 hours so they have an excuse not to refund me, no customer service capabilities, lied to me about getting a refund and owe me over $500 dollars. One Star rating is only for the handy App.

The facility is always immaculately clean. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. I recently needed to ship around 20 boxes with a shipper. When the truck arrived the driver was very rude and wasn't going to pick up the freight because I did not have a label on each box. The office staff quickly made copies for me and then helped me put the labels on the boxes before the driver could leave without picking up the shipment! I was very grateful and impressed by the extra mile customer service. I would highly recommend Think Storage for your storage needs.

The cool stuff is they have a service that is not insurance but will cover up to $2000 in losses at no charge to the customer so I didn't get the email insurance as my stuff isn't worth near that coverage. It's nice not to be mandated to have insurance is your stuff, moving boxes, doesn't need coverage. Also, they have a truck you can use for free.
