I called today to let them know that I will have the rest of my stuff out by tonight because I just got a new place and they were so willing to work with me. His wife prorated my rent so I wasn't paying for the whole month even know my stuff would have only been there 1 week. I would like to add my boyfriend told them a few days ago that we were moving out by the 10th so I didn't blind side them. I would advise being courteous and giving them a heads up. The facility is always immaculately clean. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. I recently needed to ship around 20 boxes with a shipper. When the truck arrived the driver was very rude and wasn't going to pick up the freight because I did not have a label on each box. The office staff quickly made copies for me and then helped me put the labels on the boxes before the driver could leave without picking up the shipment! I was very grateful and impressed by the extra mile customer service. I would highly recommend Think Storage for your storage needs.

I wish extra space had a different policy for charging their units according to supply and demand and these rate increases would not happen for loyal customers who pay on time month after month..
