He has stepped up personally to help a couple of times when I needed extra hands which is great . I highly recommend extra space storage especially at this location . The units are clean. The walkways are clean. The entire facility is nice and clean which is not always the case. The units are easily accessed, and there are sufficient dollies to help with the move. Alas, today, just a guy on Yelp writing reviews. Man, I can remember like it was yesterday. I was freshly divorced, bought a new Subaru Outback (that apparently is a station wagon and not an SUV) and I was towing a trailer to another journey. The air was crisp on that October morning in 2020 and I was leaving SLC in the rear view. Not an easy choice, but the only one at that time. But, first, I had to put all my personal belongings in storage and I checked a few spots. It was not cheap. This shop was nice and clean, secure, and in an area with good lighting and a pretty safe hood too. I was lucky enough to find my guy Andrew D. at this spot and he's been super helpful! I got a nice spot for all my garbag.... personal items, I stacked it up and boom. Easy as apple pie. I've been with these guys for 4 years. My longest steady relationship since the divorce. But jokes aside, my man Andrew D. has been a super cool dude to work with and he's one of the good guys. Even with the price increases over the years, they have been kind enough to work with me when my finances were not stellar. I called today to let them know that I will have the rest of my stuff out by tonight because I just got a new place and they were so willing to work with me. His wife prorated my rent so I wasn't paying for the whole month even know my stuff would have only been there 1 week. I would like to add my boyfriend told them a few days ago that we were moving out by the 10th so I didn't blind side them. I would advise being courteous and giving them a heads up. The facility is always immaculately clean. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. I recently needed to ship around 20 boxes with a shipper. When the truck arrived the driver was very rude and wasn't going to pick up the freight because I did not have a label on each box. The office staff quickly made copies for me and then helped me put the labels on the boxes before the driver could leave without picking up the shipment! I was very grateful and impressed by the extra mile customer service. I would highly recommend Think Storage for your storage needs.
