When we moved out the property manager Chelsea gave us a free chilled bottle of water (which was much appreciated we'd been moving heavy boxes in the heat) and was very friendly and personable as she closed our account. No high pressure sales tactics, no hidden fees, very attentive staff. We will definitely be coming back if we need storage in the future.

There was a bit of a snafu with their arrival time but when they arrived, they got immediately to work. They loaded and boxed and wrapped furniture, along with packing the big things I couldn't. They were loaded by lunch time, took a lunch break and arrived at my new location ready to go. The second location had steps and they all took turns getting things upstairs. They placed a big cabinet inside the very large closet of one bedroom, which was a great idea and took up less floor space in the bedroom. They were done about 4 hours later. Through the whole process, everyone was cheerful, hard working and thorough. If I ever have to move again, and I pray that I won't, I would choose them again in a heartbeat.

They showed up early and were already backed up to my gate with the Uboxes open and ready to start loading. They scheduled my move for two hours and finished in one hour! They carefully wrapped all of my furniture in moving blankets and packed my stuff into the boxes so that the next movers, who will be moving me into my new apartment in a new city, won't have any issues. I was so nervous about the moving process and these guys made everything feel so easy and stress-free. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

The facility is always immaculately clean. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. I recently needed to ship around 20 boxes with a shipper. The office staff quickly made copies for me and then helped me put the labels on the boxes before the driver could leave without picking up the shipment! I was very grateful and impressed by the extra mile customer service. I would highly recommend Think Storage for your storage needs.
