I contacted them through the website and the customer service person didn't say where she was from in her signature (as if embarrassed to say) and so I couldn't answer her questions. she couldn't look me up by name or email and so I had to start my complaint and explaining it all again. it's now the end of December and still no resolution on the $111.50 the y said they'd mail me (who wrote a check for a refund ‍) and I checked my bank account and nothing. it's now the end of December. Very easy to talk to and efficient with the sign up process. The cool stuff is they have a service that is not insurance but will cover up to $2000 in losses at no charge to the customer so I didn't get the email insurance as my stuff isn't worth near that coverage. It's nice not to be mandated to have insurance is your stuff, moving boxes, doesn't need coverage. Also, they have a truck you can use for free. There are requirements for using like gas fill up and don't crash. Anyway, it's day one but so far so excellent. Thanks Bailey!
