I wound up selling it to a gentleman who flew out from Pennsylvania and Jacob and his team accommodated arranging the pre sale viewing and shipment. The shippers were late picking up the car, yet Jacob didn't complain a bit when they helped load the car at 10:30 pm! I can't recommend any business more highly. Stellar,

I would not suggest this facility. I made a reservation here for my daughters Toyota Camry to be…read morestored for the summer while she is home from college. I called Public Storage and was told there would be no problem with the car fitting in the 10 x 20 unit. Well, as it turns out the gate to get in is not 10 feet wide. It is only 7.5 feet wide which means we can't get the car in without damaging the side mirrors. I understand completely that mistakes happen - HOWEVER - they tried to charge me a $29 "non refundable fee" for giving me wrong information! We disputed it with our credit card company and also reached out to Public Storage multiple times via phone and email with no response. I spoke with a man named Brisco today who made no apology and just said he would send it to collections. So, to confirm, they gave us completely wrong information and are trying to charge us $29 for their mistake? Look elsewhere to rent if this is any indication as to how they do business.

Therefore, there was an additional charge of about $28 for that day from my understanding. Come July 1st, the day I was getting my stuff out, I see an additional charge of $92(for the whole month of July.) I spoke to the employee in the facility about it. He reached out to management and they reduced the charge by $10. It was so dumb. I sent emails and left voicemails and finally, I called the property manager today, but to no avail. He refused to cancel the charge. As a student with a large sum of tuition due and very expensive materials required for school, I was especially disheartened by his lack of flexibility and empathy. This miscommunication is the reason that I will now resort to any other storage facility if I am ever to be in need of one again.

So far no complaints. The setup process went by quickly but a weird thing did happen. So...I…read morerequested a storage unit 3-4 days before the end of the month and I even got an email with the date in the future I was requesting it for... to start on the first day of the next month...but they gave me access immediately instead and notified me that I had 3 days to remove a lock they put on my unit. If you don't remove the lock, you get charged $50 for not returning the lock. This was a problem for me because I was moving from Oregon to Utah and I specifically asked for access to start on the date I would return.. I had to arrange someone to stop by and remove the lock. It was weird to have to leave the unit without a lock the following days.. like why didn't they just leave it unlocked? The point of a storage unit is to schedule ahead a place to leave things while you are not nearby, yet this process was the opposite of that. I'm sure its partly a system glitch when requesting for a future date, but I hope this can warn someone who might not be as lucky as me to be able to remove the lock before being charged. I signed up online, and obviously this wouldn't be an issue when signing up in person. I still gave it 4 stars despite the weird lock removal process and because they advertised a unit larger than mine for cheaper right after I made the purchase.. the gate code worked easily despite being slow to open, and codes were sent promptly after requesting a unit. My unit was acceptably clean except for some dirt that had blown under the door, the staff was nice.
