When I call to get an explanation it is very difficult to get ahold of a live person to speak with and they just say "we reserve the right to increase rent at any time". It is only 7.5 feet wide which means we can't get the car in without damaging the side mirrors. I understand completely that mistakes happen - HOWEVER - they tried to charge me a $29 "non refundable fee" for giving me wrong information! We disputed it with our credit card company and also reached out to Public Storage multiple times via phone and email with no response. I spoke with a man named Brisco today who made no apology and just said he would send it to collections. So, to confirm, they gave us completely wrong information and are trying to charge us $29 for their mistake? Look elsewhere to rent if this is any indication as to how they do business.

Come July 1st, the day I was getting my stuff out, I see an additional charge of $92(for the whole month of July.) I spoke to the employee in the facility about it. He reached out to management and they reduced the charge by $10. It was so dumb. I sent emails and left voicemails and finally, I called the property manager today, but to no avail. He refused to cancel the charge. As a student with a large sum of tuition due and very expensive materials required for school, I was especially disheartened by his lack of flexibility and empathy. This miscommunication is the reason that I will now resort to any other storage facility if I am ever to be in need of one again.
