This place has caused me more drama and stress than a Storage Center should ever cause someone…read more I've been charged for a storage unit that I no longer have twice, and every time I call, they just offer me credit. After accepting the credit, they accidentally put a balance on my account instead of a credit. So they charged me again. They seldom answer the phone. They don't call back if you leave a voicemail. Receptionists are too nice to be angry at, but the management is so poor. Receptionists don't seem to be trained as well as they should be. All in all, too many mistakes for a storage center. There's so many hidden rules and fees that they are waiting for you to fall into.

Customer service "sorry we can't help with that". Bad market value and predatory rate hikes from off-site management. Look elsewhere for long term storage. Moved to a larger 12 x 30 a mile down the road for half the price.
