They had a good monthly price of $134~ for 10x15' units, and they were doing a promo of one month free. My fiancé had reserved a unit with Pam over the phone (they had spoken a couple times), but when I called, she didn't have any recollection of speaking to him and did not have a saved reservation under our names. Pam was very friendly and enthusiastic whenever we spoke, but the process is a little confusing. I've never rented a storage unit before, so I'm not sure if this is the norm. Pam directed me to call back, but she would not answer so I could get through to the main customer service call center where I could reserve a unit with the one-month free promo. I called back and spoke to someone where they quoted the price, including insurance. Despite me stating we already had renters insurance to both her and Pam, she denied that any other charges were included in the quoted price. I found out otherwise when I actually went into the office to sign the lease. Luckily, we only paid the storage price and not the insurance required if you don't have your own. I provided our driver's licenses and a copy of our renters insurance and signed the copy of the lease a few days after first speaking with Pam. She was kind enough to show me the unit, but the unit sticks and has to be finessed to open. The front gate was broken (getting stuck) when I was there, and a weird guy in his 20s seemed to be casing the place before I left. He was going around the property, seemingly unaware of both Pam and I watching him. He checked the fences and the brick wall before being picked up by an SUV outside the front, and sped off. Pam said she was alerting the manager just in case and said he would probably head over for the night. This put me at ease. So far, I feel like our stuff is safe... hopefully the 24/7 surveillance is up and running like they claim. The entrance gate seems to be open more than it should, but hopefully no one roams on in, targets our unit randomly and is able to break the lock. Here's to hoping!

The units must have some wide gaps above the doors, because the amount of dust that will pile on your belongings in out of this world. Example -- I have an armchair that is thankfully covered in plastic. In a year, it has accumulated close to 1/4 CUP of dust that has piled onto the seat (on the plastic). I have GOT to get out of this place, but unfortunately I have been sick all summer. So I keep paying through the nose and have to wear a mask when I get to this nasty unit.
