    Great rate and a nice clean unit! Keri was very helpful and incredibly friendly. The facility is very clean and well kept up.

We recently used these King Totes when we moved into our new house and it made moving So much easier! I always dread the packing part of moving having to buy boxes that you have to tape and put together only to use them once and then have to dispose of them, or trying to track down boxes from every grocery store in town and dumpster diving in recycle trash bins, and who knows what kind of hazardous waste might have been stored in the scavenged boxes! They are always mismatched sizes that don't stack right. I love how these totes are all the same size and stack perfectly. They have easy to carry handles on the side, and a sleeve on them that you can slide a label in to make sorting them into the correct rooms easy. The sturdy totes protect your fragile items without having to worry about them getting crushed from another heavy box, or turned upside down on the wrong side. The King totes are so convenient. They drop them off, and pick them up, and just like that all the clutter and mess of moving is gone! I hope to never have to move again, but if I do- it's King Totes all the way. I would recommend them to anyone moving! I will Never go back to cardboard boxes again!

But mostly because we love what their program teaches & does. We have no regrets about using them, they were incredible! They made, what we thought would be a stressful day , just the opposite. They were on time. They were very clear & communicative on their plan for the day. They were respectful & kind to us & each other, used clean language, got along with each other & joked around while still being professional. And they worked hard & fast! They were constantly moving, took care of our items & paid extra attention to items we were concerned about. After loading up, we fed them lunch. They were gracious & expressed gratitude for how TOS Academy had changed their lives & given them hope & purpose. They drove two hours to our new home & unloaded everything quickly & efficiently. I often saw them running to & from the truck, even though it meant going up & down a steep driveway & lots of stairs. They even put up bed frames & other items. It was a long, physical day for them. But they did it with cheerful attitudes & gratitude. I would 100% recommend them if you have an upcoming move!

    I do not recommend them and I will not hire their moving services again, since my 79-year-old…read moremother and I ended up doing the work they left unfinished. When I hired them a week before for my move they told me that they charged a certain amount for a minimum of 3 hours of service, I told them without being an expert that that was approximately what I needed since the last move I had they had taken 2 and a half hours , so I thought it would be roughly the same. That day we agreed that they would arrive at 2 pm but they arrived exactly 20 minutes later (2:20 pm) which did not matter much to me since what I needed according to me would be done within the established time. The move was a 2 bedroom apartment (2 beds, 1 dresser, 1 computer desk and office chair, computer and printer, 1 love seat, 1 entertainment center and TV, 1 dining table and 6 chairs + 25 boxes already ready for take away) when it was 5pm (3 hours later) they told me they were sorry but that they had already worked 3 hours and were leaving. I was shocked and told them that they had not finished the work yet, that 25 boxes were missing, the computer, office chair, computer, printer, they had not carry the television either. I told them that I needed to move everything since I had hired them for a full service not partial service. I was in shock, how was I going to find someone at that time to finish the job. I was alone and my mother and I had to give the key back to the apartment manager the next day, I wanted to clean after they finished to leave everything ready that night. I asked them to please finish the job and they put on a face of displeasure, I told them that I paid them the extra hour they needed, after grumbling and reluctantly they began to move the boxes, at that point I was so disappointed, I don't have the tools or the strength to carry 25 boxes. So they stayed another half hour, until 5:30 pm and left. But they still didn't finish. They did not move the computer, nor the printer, nor the computer desk, nor the office chair, nor the television, which is quite heavy. Then when they charged me they added and charged 30 more minutes (but did not deduct the 20 minutes that were late) a total of $ 396.00, also they had already charged me on my card a deposit of $ 100.00 that is a total of $ 496.00 for a job that they did not end. If you see in their website the prices are totally different what I got charged, it said on site move for 2 movers is $88 x 3 hours is a total of $264 plus half hour $44 is a total of = $308. But I was charged for a $100 deposit plus 3 hours and half $396 that was a total of $496.00 in my credit card. For not finished job. This happened on May 4, 2021 and the move was within the same building from a 2nd floor to a 5th floor, they did not even use a truck, they just carried things in an elevator and through a corridor. Of course my mother and I had to finish the work, which took us several laps and hours of work, we finished after 9pm and we were so tired that we were not able to finish and cleaning the apartment, the only thing we wanted was to be able to set up the beds in the new apartment and sleep. Fortunately I found a person who was available to clean that night who arrived around 9pm, finished at midnight and of course we paid for her service and help. I don't know who hire movers for just a partial service, obviously if you move is with all your stuff. I work in a spa doing people service and I never do a partial work for them if they hire a service. I move several times during several years and hired many different companies and I never had this bad experience before. Hire them under your own risk if you read this. I will never need that bad service again.

    I really don't understand the beef y'all got with this post office lol. My experience was great!…read more I was the girl walking in with the whole box of things. On top of that, I was using some of their "Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes" so things were organized chaos in that little box of mine while I literally packed it, labeled it, and all that right there in the store. At one point, I was like "shoot, I need to purchase a sharpie so I can fill out the addresses for these". So I looked around for a minute to see if they had sharpies for sale. One of the people working there went out of their way to ask me if I was looking for something specific. I asked if there were any sharpies I could buy, to which point he opened the drawer in his desk and provided me with one. Now, I know it wasn't out of his paycheck or anything but I appreciated the gesture. Once all my ducks were in a row, I stood in line so I could actually ship the stuff out. I gotta say, the line moved pretty dang quick! Another thing I noticed is that everyone had great attitudes about everything. I didn't feel like anyone there was mean. They were all really nice and helpful. I got to the cashier person (I am not sure if they are considered cashiers or tellers or what lol) and she was super quick with my packages as well. I also asked if she could weigh my envelope to make sure I only needed one stamp and she gladly did that. All good things at this post office. Which granted, I did go at a decent time. It wasn't right before Christmas or anything crazy. I have heard this post office gets pretty backed up but cannot say that was my experience at all. I was in and out very quickly and had a great experience while I was here!

    Had to go to the post office to renew my passport. I got there early before they opened to wait in…read moreline since I was a walk in. The staff was all very friendly and nice. They helped me get my passport info finalized and sent off quickly. Overall, easy and breezy experience.
