Yes, 3 year old kids can be nightmares (and mine is no exception), but receiving a TEXT from the teacher saying he couldn't return after only 2 days seems absurd. I asked her if he could have another chance. NO. I asked if I could observe the class and his behavior. NO. I asked if there was anything else I could do because I had to work from home and I depended on those 3 hours to get work done. NO. My experience with the school was entirely unprofessional and disappointing. There was ABSOLUTELY clear favoritism shown to some students versus others when I would drop off and pick up, which was very frustrating to see. A side note: Children often act out when they feel uncomfortable or unsafe in a situation. Obviously I wasn't there during the class, but I think that is something to think about when choosing a preschool for your own child.

This review is long overdue. I have a son on the spectrum and I was looking for a special place to bring him to help improve his fitness and build his confidence. I have to say that the coaches at Legends Lehi have gone above and beyond encouraging, praising and supporting my son in every way imaginable. I love how coaches Terry & Wes always greet us with a smile and give my son a fist pump. My son used to really struggle physically. He didn't know how to do a proper squat, throw a punch or even jump rope. I remember watching Coach Terry put the rope in only one hand and patiently helped him learn how to master it and now my son can jump rope like a pro using both hands. Coach Wes remembers my son's favorite Beastie Boys song and will make sure to add it to his playlist. I've watched the other coaches tend to the needs of all young men (and even 50 year moms like me) with special thoughtful helpful pointers. It's tough growing up. This is not a place that promotes any type of violence but, it is a special place where your kids can feel strong, confident and learn how to hold their head high knowing they can defend themselves when attacked and more importantly a place where they can feel like they are wanted and belong. Three years ago my son was dealing with 6 bullies alone at school and now he feels so confident he's become very protective of other boys at his school. I love working out at Legends Boxing. The staff and trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. The workouts change daily. They help you meet whatever personal goals you have. They have quite a variety of workout times to fit even the busiest of schedules. Where else can you say that you get one on one support and training in a group environment. Class sizes are monitored so that instructors can effectively help each individual feel like they achieved the best workout possible. Don't be dissuaded by the word boxing. Even if this is not something your interested in perusing on an amateur or professional level come and experience the dynamic workouts Legends has to offer. It will work you to your core if you allow it. The weekly challenges are fun They have a great trial class to see if it is for you and it's free.. Legends Boxing is a great place to get an intense full-body workout while also receiving tailored instruction on your boxing technique. I spent a week in this gym as a guest from out of town and was amazed at the dedication Andrew puts into each person in attendance. He pays attention to each individual and pushes them to improve where they are lacking. So within one week, he had already identified many of my flaws and had me working on those to improve my skills. This is the place to be if you want both conditioning as well as serious training for a fight. The facility is stocked with plenty of heavy bags and has other essentials such as speed bags, a double-end ball, a raised boxing ring, a BoxMaster®, free-weights, and cardio machines. I have been very competitive in endurance mountain biking, triathalons, and crossfit. My first workout at Legends Boxing wore me out more than any of my most intense trainings with the other sports. The staff at Legends is very helpful and courteous. If you want a great workout, a great coach, and not to have to plan every workout yourself, this is a great place to be! I love this place! I've gone to quite a few gems before I found this and I can't imagine going back to cycling or anything else. The workouts I get at Legends Boxing with Coach Kylan, Coach Tiff, and everyone else are SO good. They're always challenging but still doable and the coaches always help modify exercises if I have to. Coaches are excellent; they make sure you know real boxing techniques. Having a different workout every day keeps it really fun and interesting. You work HARD--hardest workouts I've ever done: arms, legs, abs, core--full body. Prepare to sweat! This is one of the best workouts I have found. It is so much fun to learn real boxing and to gain a skill while working out. The coaches are awesome and really know their stuff. In addition to his excellent lessons on the many techniques and their details, he is an excellent storyteller (especially the ones about Rickson) and always makes the extra effort to improve our game. Professor Paul's two sons Nate and Trevor are also black belts who provide a fresh contrast to Paul's "old school" jiujitsu, by focusing on not only fundamentals, but also sport jiujitsu as well. I really appreciated that my first time! (Side note: they do state when you book a class to arrive 10-15 minutes early). I love the sense of community here - I make new friends every time I go!
