A very nice lady named Mercelle manages it called me the next day confirming my reservation and offered to email me the paperwork to sign because I wasn't close by. On move in day I realized I wasn't going to arrive during business hours so I called her to ask for direction on what to do. She left my unit unlocked for me with a sticky note inside containing instructions I would need. We actually wound up needing a lock after hours (they use a special cylinder lock, take my advice: just buy it from their office and save yourself the hassle) and I called and left a VM that we needed help getting a lock on our unit. The moment Mercelle heard the message she put a lock on our unit and locked it up for us until we arrived to pick up the keys! 10/10 recommend this company and location. They work hard to remove some stress of moving and are very accommodating.

I called today to let them know that I will have the rest of my stuff out by tonight because I just got a new place and they were so willing to work with me. His wife prorated my rent so I wasn't paying for the whole month even know my stuff would have only been there 1 week. I would like to add my boyfriend told them a few days ago that we were moving out by the 10th so I didn't blind side them. I would advise being courteous and giving them a heads up. I had to cancel family and friends plans so I could empty my unit due to them closing, cleaned and emptied the unit for fear of losing my thing because the staff decided to close for the weekend, then received a letter asking to pay for the next month with a late fee, I had no contract and I was paying month to month. Also most of my things have been ruined due to weather because I had to leave somethings outside because I hadn't the space yet to safely store my items that were in the unit. I don't think anyone on this planet drives by a storage facility and says, "wow, what an awesome place to spend money." I don't think anyone even cares about these types of businesses.......until they need one. I had some rather expensive furniture delivered before we were ready to put it in our house and I was suddenly in need of a place/. I went to THREE different places to find a unit to rent and I got the run around over and over. The final one was on 7th east right south of Sandy city self storage. There was a sign on the door they said 'be right back'. I, along with 2 other customers sat outside in the middle of the day for more than 20 minutes. No one came. I suddenly had visions of my high school prom date ghosting me after dinner...and became frustrated seeing as how this was the third go aground. I googled storage units near me and up popped sandy city storage. And it was just a couple blocks away. I pulled up and met a man named Bailey. He was friendly, fast, efficient and had me in and out within 10 minutes. Voila. Finished! When I came back a week later to load in the furniture, he again was there and helped me get situated, and was extremely helpful. Now, several months later, I went to check out and couldn't remember the process to get into my unit. He smiled and then helped me out again. It's like Thai guy loves his job. It's like he is super proud to work for such a great....albeit....boring company. Bailey was fantastic!!! The facility was very clean, they had large carts to help move our stuff, and it was easy to access the building. When it was time to move out we used the U-Haul from the facility and it was such an easy experience. The staff was always so kind and incredibly helpful. The price was also very doable for a tight budget! Highly recommend this unit!

Very easy to talk to and efficient with the sign up process. The cool stuff is they have a service that is not insurance but will cover up to $2000 in losses at no charge to the customer so I didn't get the email insurance as my stuff isn't worth near that coverage. It's nice not to be mandated to have insurance is your stuff, moving boxes, doesn't need coverage. Also, they have a truck you can use for free. There are requirements for using like gas fill up and don't crash. Anyway, it's day one but so far so excellent. Thanks Bailey!
