When the office opened next day, Barb was efficient, friendly and even agreed to just walk us out to where our RV would be stored so we could see the site. She knew we were interested in a different spot on property and that actually became available the next day and she immediately called us and reserved it for us. We moved the RV in late afternoon and she was super efficient at getting us in and getting all the necessary paperwork done. I can't speak to the storage units themselves but the property is very clean, and the price was much better than other less attractive locations. I highly recommend

I had to cancel family and friends plans so I could empty my unit due to them closing, cleaned and emptied the unit for fear of losing my thing because the staff decided to close for the weekend, then received a letter asking to pay for the next month with a late fee, I had no contract and I was paying month to month. Also most of my things have been ruined due to weather because I had to leave somethings outside because I hadn't the space yet to safely store my items that were in the unit. Very easy to talk to and efficient with the sign up process. The cool stuff is they have a service that is not insurance but will cover up to $2000 in losses at no charge to the customer so I didn't get the email insurance as my stuff isn't worth near that coverage. It's nice not to be mandated to have insurance is your stuff, moving boxes, doesn't need coverage. Also, they have a truck you can use for free. There are requirements for using like gas fill up and don't crash. Anyway, it's day one but so far so excellent. Thanks Bailey!
