Was a good enough place right up until my enclosed trailer was broken into and all my tools and equipment were stolen. The manager didn't call me. He had the secretary do it. She called me on March 28, 2019 (Yes 4 weeks later) and here's what she told me: On February 28, 2019 we discovered your trailer had been broken into. (And other renters' campers/vehicles) We didn't know who's it was, (really?) and it took that long to run the plate. Me - (Yes, I went in 6 or so months earlier at their request to update my info and identify both of my trailers. Parked in the rear parking storage area). We don't have any insurance, camera's, or other type of security in the back (even though it's advertised). It's hard to patrol back there. It's my (the renters) responsibility to check on my property. They're not responsible for anything. Me - (I did check in December and all was fine. There are 2 cameras on poles on the back buildings. One looks directly at where my trailers are parked). Although our hours of access end at 10:00 pm "We Gave" "Some People" 24-hour access because they have "Businesses". However, they became a problem, so we had to evict them. Also, it appeared that "Some People May Have" been sleeping in campers back there. Me - (Not suspicious at all and why would she have even told me that). We "think" some homeless people "may have" cut the fence, entered, broke into your trailer (and other renters' vehicles) and carried the items away outside of the fence. Me - (About a 3-foot-tall section was cut behind my trailer. I guess they were some very short homeless people). The poor homeless are always getting blamed for everything. We have filed a report with the police. You can call them yourself. Me - (I contacted the Provo Police Department and the report was cancelled because the facility and/or no one else followed up. I filed my own Police report). Me - What a load of BS!!! I thought on this a few days and called her back. I was pretty pissed off while I informed her no one carried off a heavy air compressor, 3 miter saws, and 20 small to large cases with heavy tools in them through the fence. "Some One" inside the facility parked a truck in front of my trailer and loaded it up with my tools. (Did I mention there are 2 cameras on poles on the back buildings? One looks directly at where my trailers are parked). They did a great job of destroying the back doors of the trailer getting in too. She was pretty much stammering and stuttering over her words at this point. Me - I'm in contact with a lawyer and they can bring their books to court and identify the others who were robbed (for class action) and the individuals who had "Special Access". I will also let the BBB know. ETHICS IN ADVERTISING AND IN CONTRACTS STILL MATTER IN A COURT OF LAW. I met one of the other victims and we have exchanged information. They got the keys to his 2 ATV's parked there. Me - I know I'll never see any of the tools again. Yes, I have insurance. They will gladly give me half of the depreciated value up front and the other half of the depreciated value when replaced. So, I can spend $600.00 bucks to get $80.00 bucks. Or rather $6000.00 bucks to get $800.00. What I'm out, before taxes of course. I guess I haven't heard from "The Manager". I hate to see this type of crime come to Orem and Provo.

Very easy to talk to and efficient with the sign up process. The cool stuff is they have a service that is not insurance but will cover up to $2000 in losses at no charge to the customer so I didn't get the email insurance as my stuff isn't worth near that coverage. It's nice not to be mandated to have insurance is your stuff, moving boxes, doesn't need coverage. Also, they have a truck you can use for free. In Feb 2024 I called 11 different storage companies on the West side of Salt Lake valley. 10 of them would not tell me what their history is for raising rents on existing customers, and would not connect me to anyone with authority to discuss it. I had been renting from Extra Space Storage for 7 years, during which time they raised my rent an exorbitant 140%, but would never connect me with anyone to explain why. They are currently charging new customers 120% less than me. Bait and Switch! When I called Copperview, I talked directly with the owner, Jim. He explained that he treats existing and new customers equally when he his costs require rate changes. I talked to two different people who have rented from him for years, and they each confirmed that rates have risen reasonably, close to inflation. They are pleased with how they have been treated. I started renting at Copperview in Feb 2024 for the lowest rate of any of the 11 companies I had called, for my size unit. He and his staff have treated me very well.
