I have had a storage unit at the Bluffdale ESS location for many months and recently had to add several more because of a home sale and move that was on and off again, which made it necessary to move our entire home's contents into storage. Marc and Makenzie worked with us to make the very bad situation as easy as possible, holding adjacent units for a few days until we could get a five bedroom home moved. Then they have been working to help us accommodate a moving truck be placed for loading without getting in other renters way and then swapping the first moving truck for a second in order to empty most of our units. They actually care that it is all made as easy as possible, which is a bright spot in an otherwise very difficult time! They also keep the ESS location clean and neat which is one of the main reason's we picked them in the first place. So going forward we are going to keep 1 or 2 storage units right where they are! We would recommend ESS Bluffdale to anyone needing storage in SLC or Utah Counties. read more

My experience with Extra Space Storage has been really disappointing. First, the pricing was much higher than what was initially advertised, with surprise rate hikes shortly after moving in. The customer service wasn't helpful at all when I tried to address this. The facility itself seemed fine at first, but over time, I noticed cleanliness issues and occasional difficulties accessing my unit due to faulty gate systems. For the price I was paying, I expected better service and more transparency. I wouldn't recommend Extra Space Storage based on my experience. read more

This storage facility is terrific. It's always clean, Kelly and Paul are absolutely the best. If I've ever had any issues they were always ready to help me. They go the extra mile to help anyone who rents at their facility. I actual just cleaned out my storage unit because I didn't need it anymore but if I ever need another unit again this is where I'm going to.
