Could this be the All-American diner... It very well could be, Freedom Square is only opened for breakfast and lunch but they make the most from both menus. I have equally enjoyed breakfast and lunch here and I find it hard to pick a winner, they are both very good. Breakfast will find you all the classic diner classics you would expect. For the lunch menu I love the hot meatloaf sandwich as well as their huge fish sandwich. Overall the food is fresh and hot, service is very good and the prices are very fair for what you get. Overall a solid choice whenever you wanna grab some classic vibes and some good food, Aloha

I have not been to Freedom Square Diner in years but wanted to try it out again around noon on Saturday. We did have to wait about 10 minutes but everyone was nice and friendly in the waiting area. We ended up getting a table by the kitchen...always a fun place to be to see the inner workings. I was a little disappointed that my favorite breakfast and lunch were no longer on the menu! My husband and I each picked a breakfast sandwich. I picked a bagel, egg and Turkey sausage with cottage fries. My husband decided on an English muffin with egg, cheese, and a huge amount of ham. Both were very good and very filling!

Strawberry spinach salad and featured special, pulled pork reuben. Both amazingly delicious and fresh. The salad included onion, feta cheese, bacon, dried cranberries and pecans with a side of raspberry vinaigrette. The sandwich had a hint of bbq sauce and swiss on it. So moist and just delish!!! The service was incredible. Liz was our waitress and so friendly and attentive. #freedomsquarediner #pulledporkatitsfinest

It was just "ok" food. The pancakes were not fluffy. The egg Benedict had little flavor. I don't think it's worth returning again. When we went to check out at the front there was a line of people needed to do the same, and a line to be seated and none of the servers would even look at us. The place was only half full so there was no excuse.

First visit of many. Great food and service... Decent prices. I'd say this is a closely guarded secret.

My family went out to breakfast after doing some banking…read more We ordered some breakfast and some lunch. It's a cute little downtown area. Smash and hash is cool.

After hearing great comments about Hash and Smash I wanted to give them a try. We decided to stop…read morein for lunch and it was slow, maybe three other tables when we arrived. Immediately got seated and drinks, then after a few minutes we placed our orders and waited. Two other tables arrive and get seated, the cook comes out and explains to the table next to ours that he didn't like the look of the plate and apologized for the time and was remaking the order. Fifteen minutes goes by and one of the tables that came in after we placed our order received their meal. Then the table next to ours with the mistake received their food order. Now, I ordered the Hash Smash Hash, a simple plate which sounded interesting. What I got was smashed deep fried tater tots with a greasy egg over easy, a frozen burger patty with no seasoning. Topped with thousand island dressing and served barely warm. Now, I was told by friends how great these burgers are. Sadly enough, an unseasoned frozen burger patty that is not smashed at all is a complete disappointment. We had the smash plate, grilled cheese and fries, a coffee, and a soda which costs over $30 and burping grease all day. As cute as this place was decorated, it is definitely not worth the money for the lack of quality.
