We live nearby Fred's Burgers and were very excited to try it. To be honest, we were very disappointed. The service was okay, nothing special. They just take your order and you have a seat and wait. The wait for the food was way too long. This isn't fancy food, only burgers and fries, so the fact that it took 20+ min to get our food was a bit too much. The place itself is kind of boring, with no decorations around the restaurant. It's fairly clean, granted it's brand new, so you can't say much on how it will be in a few months. Now the food, the most important part. Too say the least, we were disappointed. The menu is a knock off of In n Out. The burger itself tastes frozen, which for me is a big negative. In n out, a fast food chain has fresh burgers and this place has frozen burgers. The "special" sauce is just a bottled Thousand Island sauce, with nothing special about it (and quite frankly it tastes like it's store bought). The Wild Fries, or knock off animal style fries from In n Out, are not good. The cheese is queso poured over the fries with some caramelized onions. The queso tastes store bough and just like the brand Tostitos which is not good at all. The fries are nothing special either, very bland and soggy. Also, the price of the food is quite expensive. We paid over $35 for two burgers and fries which is not ideal when compared to another place like In n Out. Only thing that was good is that they cook their burgers on a flame so it has a nice char taste. Over all, frozen burgers and store bought sauce/queso... pretty disappointing. If you are going to open up a restaurant today, you must have fresh food. Fresh meat, fresh produce, house made sauce and so on. This was very underwhelming and sad. I've long awaited to come here after trying a bite of the Wild Fries from someone's plate when this place first opened. They were delicious!! You will be greeted by a sign on the street and inside that says if you buy a combo you get one free however, they do not provide another combo but rather a HAMBURGER. The ambiance is soothing: relaxing color scheme and clean interior. The fries were assumed to come with seasoning however, none of ours did so maybe you have to request the seasoning. The plain fries taste like Burger King fries. The Wild Fries taste better than the plain but they lacked onions and taste nothing like I remember; they used to taste better. The burgers, all halal, taste like the prepackaged microwaveable burger from Costco or Sam's Club that I purchased once, years ago. Despite requesting grilled onions, I didn't receive many on the burger and the burger tasted alright. The Wild Dog was not wild, it was domesticated, the eater said. The dog was salty and basic. The crispy chicken tender is tasty despite not being battered in heavy flour. The customer service was exceptional. I would suggest that they prepare the milk shakes after the meals are prepared. Came here for the first time with the family, first bite of burger, meat was seasoned well. Enjoyed the hamburger with the brioche bun. It was a decent size. Nowadays, it seems the burgers are getting smaller and smaller. This place is definitely better than the other fast food burger joints. Food came fresh and fries were delicious. Good service and place is kept tidy and clean. The kids enjoyed their cheeseburgers. My hubby had the grilled chicken, which he devoured. I went here after my 12 hour shift and was not disappointed. I was craving a cheeseburger, looked up burger places and this was the first place to pop up so I rolled with it. I had one of the best cheeseburgers I've had in a while. Their burgers were cooked perfectly and their fries were nice and crispy! They have other food options as well if you aren't feeling a burger.
