I used Freddie to replace a 2nd story deck that was leaking water into my garage below. After spending thousands of dollars, the deck still leaks and now Freddy is ignoring me and his warranty. I hope he is ok but he totally ghosted me. Now I have to pay to have some reputable person to fix his work. read more

Freddy's Fix-All was great. I had Freddy's in to take out an existing large dog door and install a smaller one. This required outside waterproofing and stucco and inside dry wall and texturing as well. While here I had them do some work in a bathroom ( caulking ) and also some other inside drywall damage. Freddy's guys were awesome. On time , clean and polite. Got the job done perfectly. Prices were very fair and more importantly these guys are reliable. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks guys. read more

I failed to leave a review in December2020 -- Fred and his team came and did several large projects in our house over a two week period, starting with changing out kitchen backsplash and painting all the cabinets. They also installed some beautiful light fixtures and did some electrical work. All I can say is -- this team is incredible. They're very courteous and hard working. And WOW are they clean. They cover everything before they start and clean up every day before they leave. Their work is impeccable and both of my next door neighbors ended up hiring Fred after seeing what he did in our house!! Fast forward to last week... Because of our great experience we hired Fred and his team to install a pocket door in our primary suite. Once again, amazing work, very clean, and right on time. They offer very fair quotes and always meet the timelines. I will DEFINITELY be hiring Fred and his team for my next project!! 10/10 would recommend! read more

We had Freddy's Fix-All come out after we had a drain pipe crack under our stairs. Once the remediation and plumbing was done, putting things back together wasn't going to be easy. He came in and the flooring people he brought were fantastic and the others who had to put back in walls and paint paid attention to every detail. When he got here we had a hole in our slab where they had to jack hammer up the floor, and our home was a mess. Now it looks amazing. They even went above and beyond working with us around the holidays. Considering that this was unplanned, I'm so happy with how it turned out. read more

Freddy and his team replaced my deck after years of wear and tear. This isnt our fist time using them and it definitely won't be our last! They are fast, efficiency, and provide fair pricing! read more

We called Freddy when our son's bathroom started showing some leaks into the bedroom. We unfortunately had to gut the whole bathroom with the damage from the water and decided to remodel the whole thing. The price was unbeatable and we now have a brand new bathroom. They replaced all the tile and put in a beautiful new shower. They were clean, on time and finished in the time frame they had said it would take. Now we just have to bring them back and take care of the other bathrooms. read more

Excellent work, friendly people, quick response time and full refund for Work that was misdiagnosed

Freddy did an amazing job remodeling my mom's fireplace. He converted the wood-burning to gas. He rebuilt the face tile with stacked stone and the hearth with ceramic tiles. The inside was cleaned and painted black. The mix of aqua blue and mirrored Starfire glass is so elegant. The new fireplace has changed the look of the living room. My mom loves spending time relaxing by the fire now.  The price was reasonable and well worth the investment. I would definitely recommend Freddy and his guys for contracting work. Great service and got the job done in a timely manner. read more

I am so happy I found Freddy's on Yelp and decided to get a quote from him! He was very fair with his pricing and his team did an excellent job. We had them replace our lights throughout our house with recessed lighting and it looks SO much better!! Whenever I had a question throughout the process, Freddy always responded to my emails quickly and got my questions answered. I think what sets him apart from other companies is that he really stands behind his work and will make sure you're happy. We will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you so much Freddy! read more

May I start by saying that if it was possible to give 6 stars, I would. Fred with Freddy's Fix All exceeded all my expectations and without hesitation I give him the highest possible recommendation. He is the most honest, hard working, and detailed contractor that I have ever worked with, and his rates are incredibly reasonable considering the outstanding quality of work done. Fred had done a closet/pantry expansion project for me that ended up going many weeks past the estimated original timeline through no fault of his own (many unexpected bumps, including a foundation issue that we discovered after work had begun). I ended up getting to know him very well and spoke with him in person almost every day during that period, often for 15-20 minutes or more - this included Sundays - and he is as hard of a worker as you will ever find. I got bids from several highly-rated contractors I found on Yelp. Freds was among the most reasonable and sensible, so I hired him. Everything the reviews have been saying are true. He didn't sell me a bill of goods and his crew did excellent, fast work. In fact, the building inspector complimented the work they did. The job came in below his bid, and now I've hired him to do other stuff at my house. For me, there's no one else I will hire. Much THANKS FRED!! :) read more

I have known Freddy for quite some time now and it never fails when I need something done, he is quick to respond and fair about his pricing. I had something simple as setting up a home entertainment center where I needed my samsung flat screen TV mounted (the mount was 70+ pounds) and to hide the wires to the TV, DVD, and Cable box to give it that illusion I was working for. He mounted the TV with ease, and set up the rest of my project within an hour. He is professionally great and respectful and should be your first to call if you need anything done on your house or even a simple repair, he gives you the price straight up and does not deviate from that, and makes the repair as seamless as possible. Thank you! read more

Freddy and his team did a great job when we discovered we needed to replace our bathroom tub/shower. Another contractor referred me to him and I'm so glad they did! Freddy's pricing was reasonable, his team was on time, did great work, and cleaned up after they were done. Freddy was very good at keeping me updated on the timing of each step of the project. We liked Freddy so much we rehired him to do a master bathroom remodel 6 months later! I would recommend Freddy to anyone looking for an honest, reasonable, and reliable contractor. read more

I was recently referred to Freddy and his team by another contractor (locksmith) and I am thrilled to have this man working for me as I need experienced workers for my clients' rental properties. I feel comfortable adding and changing orders -- his contracts are thorough and have proper wording on them (and I have seen competitors who don't). He is easy to communicate with and very smart. He knows his business and he does a great job. read more

These guys are good! I had them come over for patching of stucco, and he came over, and educated me on the 5 different types of stucco and which one I had. I was then quoted only a few hundred dollars for a rather significant portion of my home, and the stucco was done in the course of a day. The next day, they came over and painted over everything, and now the house looks brand new. Highly recommend them. I called up quite a few places during my research, and these guys were the first to respond. Laguna Niguel area. read more

I got Fred as a recommendation from a local realtor that uses him to prepare homes for listing. I needed work done on my home to turn it into a rental property. I was really happy with Fred and his team. They know what they're doing and saved me a ton of cash. There were so many things on my list that he had simple fixes for or just talked me out of because he said they weren't necessary. At some point I remember Fred even scolding himself for making less money because he was talking me out of work. Fred gets it - he delivers good work at a fair price and doesn't up sell to make a dollar. I recommend him to everyone and trust him to give it to me straight. read more

Freddy did some renovations at my business location. He gave me a clear and detailed estimate and finished it within the time promised. I work for a solar company in San Diego, but we had one contract up in Tustin. I reached out to Fred to lathe and stucco around a new electric service panel we installed and am 100% happy and impressed with his work. He is extremely reasonable on his pricing, but I am mostly impressed with his communication. I reached out to a couple of the "larger" companies in the area and had a hard time getting a call or email back. Fred responded to my inquiry and questions within a couple of hours. I appreciate the way you do business Fred, thank you! I will absolutely call again when we do more jobs in that area. read more

Freddy's Fix-All did a great job replacing my shower stall. Fred gave me a reasonable quote with no pressure for extras. I would definitely use Freddy's again and highly recommend them. read more

I highly recommend Freddy's Fix-All! I had a lot of work I needed done around my house, including remodelling a bathroom, and Freddy was able to do all the work. He showed up on time, went right to work, and his prices were very reasonable. Very professional and quality work! read more

I had Freddy remodel my 2 1/2 bathrooms. Strip them to the wall and install new floors, lights, fixtures, vanities, new tub in guest bath with subway tile shower walls, change the master tub and shower into a walk in shower. I also had him repaint the entire downstairs and stairway. What first impressed me was that his crew did not do any work until they covered my hardwood floors. They were always there when they said they would be and cleaned up everything before they left. We did one bathroom at a time so we could continue to live in the house while the work was being done. I cannot say enough about the fine job they did and would have them back in the future if I have a need. You could not find a better contractor. read more

Extremely happy with Freddy's Fix-All! Response, professionalism, workmanship-all A1! I would definitely recommend Fred and his team for any and all work you are looking to have done. Quite frankly I was shocked at the complete disregard for ones private property shown by the Freddy's Fix-All contractor. The contractor is on a job in our neighborhood to remove a neighbors non-permitted fencing per the City code and in the process he built a new illegal fence on our private property without our approval! He had been advised of the visible property survey markers but chose to ignore them. He was asked by us to remove the un-permitted and non-conforming fence from our property but he flatly refused. His actions forced us to officially advise the neighbor to remove the fence and then to advise the City about the illegal construction and the fact that this company does not have buiness license to do business in our City. I would never hire a contractor who shows such blantant disregard for private property owners and for our City processes and building codes. Gave 1 star because the site forced me to select one in order to post. read more

My co-worker referred me to Freddy for a bathroom remodel. He gave me the best quote out of 4 contractors. He and his crew showed up on time everyday. The project ran smoothly with Freddy in charge. I've had Freddy come back for other projects and happily refer him to friends! read more
