Food was good and a good amount of unique items to order which I always appreciate. Fun drink menu as well. Food was good! Service was a little distant and forgetful which was unfortunate as it was not busy at all but they were still very kind and accommodating!

We came for brunch with reservations and already had a few things picked out from the online menu, so finding out the in person menu was different and missing items like the deviled eggs and chicken wings with mole definitely started things off with a little disappointment. The server did speak to management about it and they said it would be updated online. We got over it (not really) and ordered the Velvet Vines, the Frazier Fashioned, and the beignets, and honestly somewhere between the first sip and that lime curd, my mood changed quickly. That lime curd was delicious and easily one of my favorite parts. The drinks were strong, flavorful, and made well. Then came the pork belly fried rice and the dime piece (interesting name ;) ) burger with hash potatoes, and everything hit just right. The cabbage in the rice added so much flavor, the pork belly was soft and clean tasting, and the burger was cooked perfectly. By the end of it, I was already thinking that if I lived closer, I would definitely come back.

Dinner here was such a treat! Service was quick for Friday night. All of the dishes were creatively thought out and well executed. We had the roasted carrots, crabcakes, scallops, and Papardelle bolognese. My cocktail was smooth, flavorful delicious. And for dessert, we shared a chocolate bomb made by the in-house pastry chef if you're a foodie this is definitely a go to for the area.

Had a delicious meal at Frazier Five and Dine last night. It was date night so we dressed up and requested the chef's counter. Our server was lovely, attentive and friendly. We ordered the lamb meatballs, deviled eggs and roasted carrots. All beautifully prepared and flavorful. Really crafted flavors. I had a NA hibiscus mule that was delicious and my husband had an old fashioned. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We would probably sit at the bar next time just for more ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Came by for a Saturday lunch, wasn't very busy. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time - was told lamb shank would take a out 20 minutes and if that was ok, we said yes but thought our pork belly carbonara would come earlier, but they came at the same time. The lamb shank meet was very fall off the bone tender - very good! But it was way too salty and the polenta and gravy didn't help; wish there was more textural differences as everything was just mushy/saucy. The pork belly carbonara was not bad but didn't taste like a carbonara. Husband doesn't like okra and didn't know it'd be in it. Doesn't say on menu. I thought it was just OK. Probably wouldn't return. For this price point would rather eat at other restaurants, but it is a stylish restaurant that's probably great for drinks.

A wonderful new restaurant we found in Chattanooga today! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great vibe, excellent cuisine , outstanding service![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My crab cakes appetizer was lightly breaded and tasted delicious; my scallops appetizer was skillfully cooked and had a perfect texture, my husband's gyro with the smoked corn was juicy and flavorful. We finished our dinner with the salt chocolate sorbet. The restaurant has a carefully selected list of the wonderful and reasonably priced wines. We cannot wait to be back. I highly recommend this excellent restaurant!

We anticipated coming to Frazier Five & Dime for brunch, but it ended up being a lunch menu only. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were suspicious walking in at 1130 because there was no one seated in the store front and there was not a host to greet us, but it ended up being fine.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The server explained her favorite items ans suggested wonderful plates that we thougroughly enjoyed. Overall, it is a little pricey for lunch. Definitely delicious. Nothing crazy pr standout at first glance, but the menu items that we did decide on were elevated. Service was also a bit slow and not as attentive as it would be given the same circumstances at a competing restaurant. 08-09-2025

    Brunch eggs, toast, potatoes, biscuit
    Liz R.

We had a wonderful Sunday brunch at Frazier Five & Dime! I ordered the Fine Burger -- fair warning, it's HUGE with two flavorful patties and worth every bite. My companion ordered eggs, a biscuit, and hash potatoes, and as a vegetarian, she really appreciated that they happily swapped out the meat option. The bread here is fantastic, and the biscuits are to die for -- served with both blueberry compote and apple butter. The fry (crema) sauce was decadently lovely, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the atmosphere was spot-on with good music and nostalgic décor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waitress, Riley, was kind, attentive, and accommodating, and the owner, George, even stopped by our table to share some history about the restaurant. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat on the heated, dog-friendly patio, which also has large fans for summer -- such a thoughtful touch.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All in all, a charming spot with excellent food, warm hospitality, and a nostalgic vibe. Highly recommend!

We were seated quickly and served fairly quickly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The weather was beautiful and we asked to be moved to the porch which they did ASAP.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was all wheelchair accessible and the hostess treating me with respect. We had a great time.

    Salmon

One of our Chattanooga favorites. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Always has the best tunes, service, and quality.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We love to change things up every now and then and sit on the back patio when the weather is nice, but the inside is beautiful and comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Favorites are the caper tapenade, salmon, and shoestring fries. All the desserts we've eaten at Frazier have also been special and delish.

We showed up on a busy night, but had the luck to be seated at the chef's window bar. Everything was amazing, except maybe one little thing we can talk about later. We started with seared scallops, cooked perfectly. Then we shared a wedge salad. The dressing was delicious, but the lettuce was too dense to cut through for me...trying hard to be a lady Next we shared the lamb kebab, compliments of the kitchen. They were absolutely amazing. Roasted chicken was last. My goodness, the Smokey flavor was incredible. Our server Katie was a delight and took great care of us. As did the young chef expediting the service .

Sadly, as an individual customer, that was not my experience on a Thursday night. I arrived a little before 7pm and I was warmly greeted by Drew. I told her I was excited to dine here, specifically in the bar, based on reviewers comments. Her friendliness and positive attitude assured me I made the right decision. However, the bar area was not as inviting or welcoming as the evening progressed. My bartender was cordial and asked if I wanted a cocktail. I asked if this place makes a good Cosmopolitan. He said "Do you like it tart or sweet?" (Never been asked that before, but I appreciated the question.) I said "tart" and he made me the BEST Cosmopolitan I've had in a while! It was served half in a glass and the rest in a small decanter surrounded in a glass of ice. Great presentation and even better drink! Just a touch of pink and nice and strong. 5 star start! Then, it went downhill. I ordered the Wedge Salad ($9) and the Seared Scallops ($18), both under the "Starters, Small Plates" section. Both were very good, with excellent presentation. I should have realized the "Small Plates" would only provide a few scallops (3), but they were very well prepared and quite good. After I ordered and the food was provided, little customer service was given thereafter. I had to ask for water refills twice. (When I finally asked for my check, I got a refill without asking.) During this time, only one other customer was in the bar. The two bartenders were talking to another employee about a streaming finale one recently watched. Eventually, the second bartender came onto my side and I asked if I could order one more item from him since my bartender never came back. (The first bartender was Josh, which I discovered when I got the bill receipt.) The other bartender took my order for the Pot Roast Nachos (as I still somewhat hungry) and the Nachos were absolutely fantastic, just like the reviews recommended. At 8pm, I left as I was the only patron left in the bar (I wonder why?) and they were cleaning up even though closing was still an hour away. The bill for two cocktails and the food mentioned above came to $77. Then, $13 was added for Tennessee state/county tax and also liquor/wine tax!!! Was my meal and service worth $100, not really. As I left, I saw the personable Drew and she asked me how the evening went. I explained and she apologized that it did not meet my expectations. I said I just think I came on an off night. However, maybe she should tell management that if only one customer is left at the bar, you should treat them with the attention and respect as anyone who came in earlier. I don't feel I received the service I deserved for the price I paid so sadly, I can only provide a review based on this one time experience.

Because of the extended wait and the way the situation was handled, I crossed out the tip on my to-go order. During the wait, we weren't offered a water or any acknowledgment of the delay. After I asked about the order, Abby proceeded to speak negatively about me to the kitchen staff loudly enough for the entire bar to hear. That was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I had simply asked for an update after waiting well beyond the time we were originally given. I understand that delays happen, especially when a restaurant is busy. However, it wasn't busy. My issue is not with the wait itself, but with the dismissive attitude and unprofessional way the situation was handled. Hope they improve their staffing soon.

We were given the options of staying inside or being placed outside and we chose (biased a lil) the opportunity of eating outside. We were taken care of accordingly by Jonathan, who is a perfect example of someone that makes tourism worth it, we chitchatted back-and-forth and came across some great options on our appetizers and drinks. While we waited for drinks, we were served water with ice as the weather outside was pleasant but a little too hot for the afternoon... When the appetizers arrived, we were greeted by not only demonstration, but taste above what I've had as of recent. Immediate upon arrival to our table my wife and I exchanged a bite of each other's plates to give a chance for our taste pallets to experience one another. The Beet Ravioli took back my wife to a time where she made something of similar taste and the Rigatoni took me back to California when I tasted something familiar then. Everything about this experience was top-notch! From being seated quickly upon entering, to explaining how the ticket validation thing worked (more info at the end), customer service was some of the best I've been shown. The ambiance is chic but casual-great for both cozy date night or fun family night. Our server was so friendly and patient as we asked questions about the menu. I ordered the grilled salmon with spicy crab remoulade and my guy ordered the smoked wings with a side of fries. I was happy that I was able to select my own sides from the ones on the menu so I opted for the fried Brussels sprouts with maple and bacon and the buttermilk whipped potatoes. After a short wait, our food was brought out. This was truly one of the best salmon dishes I have ever eaten! The salmon was cooked to my liking, the potatoes were soft and fluffy and the fried Brussels sprouts were absolutely divine and perfect. The remoulade was a little salty but it may have been just been my taste. The potatoes helped with that so it was not a deal breaker. My guy was pleased with his food as well and I could tell he enjoyed everything he ate. We agreed that we would take this trip back just to eat this meal again. It was truly a wonderful experience, from beginning to end. I highly recommend trying this gem out! Pro Tip: The restaurant validates parking. If you park in the lot across the street, do not prepay on the app or online.
