Amazing food! The service there is excellent they were so nice and made sure i was helped! They were so nice and speedy with my order. They had a great deal for a slice of pizza and let me make it unique. The decorations there were very nice to look at and made it interesting. Ok so I finally tried this place after hearing how awesome it is! Nice place but many of the booths are just not conducive to comfort! The benches are way to close to the table! Ok food I ordered the slice of the week special with a side salad and a beer versus soda! Under$10.00! The salad was killer, fresh mixed greens, carrots, sweet peppers, black olives, delicious! The blue cheese dressing however not so much! My slice was tasty and huge, but was served barely above room temp! It needed about 3 more minutes in the oven! It was good but nothing I'd seek out! Depending who you ask, this is the best pizza joint in town. Im not sure if it's my favorite, but I'm not sure I have just one favorite pizza place. I usually get take out when I'm heading over to Mother Road. My go-to pizza is bacon and jalapeño. Super tasty! I also will stop now and again for individual slices. I like that they have a slice of the week as it provides a fun variety. I recently stopped with my parents and we ordered a Margherita pizza. I love that they use fresh pesto on it. Hmmm... first off, the prices on their website are not "current..." we arrived in Flagstaff late Saturday, needed to eat. I wanted Oreganos, but our Airbnb was much closer to Fratellis. Our group was unimpressed. Skimpy toppings, again, the actual price was $5 more than the website stated. I didn't hate it, but the other 3 people in our party did, and I had to hear about it because I made the choice to order from there. Never again. Oreganos is much better. read more

Loved their Maui Volcano specialty pizza!! I subbed pepperoni for the chicken. The middle of the pie was a little soft mess and the toppings were sliding off, but the flavor was all so good and fresh tasting I didn't care. Will definitely return when I make a trip back to Flagstaff. read more

No delivery just pick up and no dinning in. Pizza crust was very simple and plain. Nothing out of the ordinary to mention. Tbe bread sticks are comparable to little Cesar's pizza. Now the route 66 pizza toppings were something to talk about, it had a kick and great combination of ingredients. If the crust had a crunch and taste to it ot would be a different story. As we walked by the smells from this pizzeria shop stops me in my tracks and had to come in and try it. No regrets. I ordered the Flagstaff pizza and anti pasta salad. The pizza crust was crispy and right thickness the toppings were delicious. The anti pasta salad was fresh. The service was great. We had a great experience. I definitely recommend you stop in. Visited a few times now and agree with most of the reviews. Pretty good pizza, really no complaints. Their wings are pretty good too. I will complain about the caeser salad. My wife didn't mind it, but I just don't agree with having any other lettuce than romaine. It's more like a regular salad with Caesar dressing. I know, I know....just a little picky. Service has always been good and staff is always pleasant. Place is a little older but really, who cares. You're there for the food not the furniture. read more

The pizza and salad here is pretty good. There's also plenty of seats and the place is kept clean. Couple of things I'm not a fan of is during winter time they keep the place cold and if you want a straw you have to ask for one. Not a pleasant atmosphere but the food is good. read more

The only reason we eat here is it's on our way to our place. While the pizza is pretty good, the service is less than desirable. Hey college kids working there...you could at least pretend you're grateful for a customer. This last time, though...we got a 12% "gratuity" added to our ticket to "help increase wages for our employees." Um, no. If I want to offer a gratuity, I will. Based on service because that's how the service industry works. The kicker? Our pizza was take out...definitely not worth a 12% tip. I've been in the restaurant business for 40 years, as a waitress because I love it. Whatever this is that Fratellis is doing is not cool. Just serve your good pizza and let it speak for itself. If your team isn't getting tips, there are other issues too need to address. Don't punish the public. read more

Fast Service, Delicious Pizza. I'll be honest. We were headed to Pizzacleta across the street. It was closed and luckily Fratelli's was open and Our craving for pizza and more was quenched! We arrived shortly before the dinner rush happy to find ample seating for a family of 11! A vast Italian pizza menu to include all of the classics and more. I always like to start with the basics, Cheese Pizza was on point, definitely hit the spot. Also tried one of their specialty Pizzas called Route 66 it has the works. So tasty, especially if you like BBQ sauce it really is an explosion of flavors reminded me of Disneyland Fireworks. The medium & BBQ Wings were delicious, nothing fancy but well cooked traditional. The cheesiest bread we've had in a long time was delicious. The garlic bread was definitely a hit with the family. After hours of shopping in downtown Flagstaff we were all hungry. Forgot to snap pictures of the food before we devoured it. Great family time and the decor provides enough conversation pieces to last. We promise to return and give the fried ravioli a try. This is the locals place. It's easy to see, because as we walked by multiple times to check out other restaurants a couple weeks ago, this place was boasting a line to the door each time. People were casual and obviously just grubbing at their local pizza joint. Who doesn't have fond memories of THEIR local joint? It's just... special. Finally, we took the kids in for dinner tonight and were happy we did. For $21, we got an extra large pizza (that fed us all, with a few slices to-go), a small side salad and a drink. It's at least half of what we're used to spending at other places around the corner. I loved the balsamic dressing for the salad and it was legit lettuce-- no iceberg. I saved it to dip my crust into. Solid choice. If you like tart, it's a winner. The pizza was pretty good, but with a crunchier bottom and crust. It was a little hard to cut for the kids, but it was still pretty good. It was a bit similar to a NY pizza slice with a bigger crust. We were pleased overall and can see ourselves popping in for another pie soon enough. tip: If you're starving leaving Snowbowl and need a slice of Fratelli's, they have a location just after you turn away from coming down the hill. I saw they had a third location, but not being locals, I'm not sure where it is. Regardless, this appears to be THE original joint, so of course I favor that. read more

My brother and I constantly argue... NiMarcos or Fratellis. Both offer outstanding pizza (best two shops I've been too), both are flagstaff staples, and both are great for lunch or dinner. While I'm a NiMarcos man I've got to admit... Fratelli makes as good a pie as you will find in town. Their pizza is well made and has great ingredients. It goes perfectly as a post Mother Road snack or as dinner on any night. It hits all the pizza check boxes and won't disappoint. Is it a terrible thing to have two favorite pizza joints??? Came here on a weeknight for a couple slices. We thought we could come in and grab a couple slices but waited...and waited....and waited. The slices were under $4 each and we chose cheese and pepperoni. If we had any idea it was going to take so long for just slices we would have ordered our own pizza. Pizza was very good although overpriced. Service was nonexistent. Ordered a pizza for myself and my daughter after skiing. We sat at a table outside and the waitresses kept ignoring us. I did not look at the receipt. Because of other posts I assume a tip was included. After about 10 minutes I walked inside and asked for water. Finished the water quickly was served pizza. Five minutes later went inside to get more water. 45 minutes total their and the only time any wait staff came to my table was to drop off the pizza. We went to Fratelli's on a friday night and were surprised that it was fairly empty. There were 8 of us and we easily found a table. I later found out why as we found the pizza at Fratelli's to be lacking. My friends loved thin crust pizza and ordered two of them. I hate thin crust pizza. However, the Fratelli's thin crust is more like regular crust. I ordered a thick crust pizza. Which was indeed thick. On both types the crust, there was no flavor at all. The toppings were fine but the meat was a bit sparse. On a positive note, the appetizers were very good. The chicken wings were great in both the hot and plain flavors. The bread sticks were also very good. The service was good and prompt. read more
