We were recommended to try this restaurant and it certainly did not disappoint! We were greeted and welcomed as soon as we entered and immediately started talking story with the owners, who are super friendly. Found out they've been open for about two months now. It's a not a big space but there are several tables in the restaurant so you can either dine in or take out. We did take out since it was already evening and there was ample parking. I'm sure it's a lot busier during the day. With soooo many items on the menu to choose from, especially when looking at all of the delicious looking photos on the wall, we finally decided to order the lasagna/chicken alfredo combo, fried ravioli (the dipping sauce is a-mazing!), spring rolls, and cheesecake. Everything tasted soooo good and the prices are reasonable. While waiting for our food, we were already deciding what to try next time! If you're craving some Italian food and you're in the area, stop by and check it out! read more

Tried this place out for the first time tonight, and I've got to say... I'm impressed! My family and I ordered the Lasagna, Seafood Diablo, and Chicken Carbonara, and everything was absolutely delicious--flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. The customer service was just as great; the lady at the front counter was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Overall, a fantastic experience. We'll definitely be coming back! Would love to post pictures, however I forgot as I just rushed in to eat lol. read more

Great, convenient find in Ewa! A must! OK to BYOB for indoor dining, or while you wait to take out! Good menu selection. Something for everyone. Choices made to order. Choose your combo. We drove from Makiki to check out Fratelli EXPRESS, and the customer behind us drove from Kaneohe! Wow! Over 30 years combined experience, offering delicious, quality, Italian food at reasonable prices! Too many choices. Decisions! Decisions! Fratelli Team ! read more

Great taste and worth it. Size of take out was worth the money. First time ordering from them and it was satisfying and ate the left overs the next day and it was even better. Take out was hot and had a hefty amount of pasta to eat at dinner and breakfast the next day. read more

Very good food, the owners are lovely, kind people. We ordered: meat sauce linguine, shrimp Alfredo, lasagna, fried ravioli, and garlic bread. This was more than enough to feed my family of 5. My kiddos love pasta but it's hard to find affordable places and good quality pasta on island. This place offered great prices, large portions, and a variety where everyone can have a little of this and that. We really enjoyed it and my kids are asking to come again. read more

Staff is really nice, the food is comforting. Had the chicken saltimboca was really good. Can't wait to go back and try something new.

Lasagna serving got smaller compared to last time I bought. Little disappointed. Still ono though.

Amazing quality and price! Portions are huge and the food always comes out quick! What more could you want :) probably the best Italian food for the price on the leeward side! Ambiance is a cozy small restaurant with about 5 tables. They offer classic Italian pastas, salads, sandwiches and Vietnamese coffee and iced teas. The owner is always friendly and efficient. 5/5 all the way! He is so deserving of his consistent 5 stars on Yelp! read more

Suppose to pick up an early dinner. When I was driving there suddenly thought-are they open? It's 3 pm. So glad to see an open sign flashing when I hit the parking lot. Apparently they are always open from lunch to dinner. I suppose it's just as easy to stay open and do some kitchen prep when you are an "express" as opposed to a restaurant with wait staff. You can always keep the kitchen staff doing prep work but it hurts to pay servers just to stand by (after all there is only so many tables that needs to be wiped down). Anyway, the food was piping hot after a short wait. And there was plenty of food. We ordered a lasagna and chicken saltimbocca. The one small criticism I have about the menu is that there are no veal choices and although there were a couple of vegetarian dishes it did not include eggplant parm. The cooks are supposed to be from the Manoa Paesano. The cashier told me he had worked over 20 years at Paesano before they closed. You get basically the same food but at less expensive prices. Guess without the table clothed tables and wait staff into the work budget, you can lower prices. read more

It's rare and wonderful these days to have such generous portions. You can definitely have plenty to eat a second meal with their entrees. The food was good. We got the linguine with fish picatta (two fish fillets perfectly pan fried with a light golden crust (no batter) with a butter wine sauce and capers over pasta). We also had the linguine with garlic basil fish (fried basil and garlic). It was a bit too salty for us but very tasty. We also had the calamari appetizer- the sauce was really unique and tasty. And we had a side of garlic bread. You can't ever go wrong with garlic bread! What is an Italian meal without it? All in all solid Italian food. They had a lot of options on their menu- will have to try more next time. Also, very important detail/ they were fast! read more

I had a great experience at Fratelli Express! The food was fresh, flavorful, and tasted very authentic. I especially loved the pasta -- it was perfectly cooked and the sauce was rich and delicious. The prices were very reasonable, and the portions were generous -- they really serve plenty! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and the service was fast. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone craving good Italian food. read more

Lets start by saying, Ive tried Shrimp Alfredo at just about every place on oahu that makes it. Most Places the noodles are over cooked and you can taste the "can" in the sauce.... NOT HERE! The Shrimp Alfredo is as near perfect as I could ever imagine. There is no Preservative taste, and the noodles are always cooked perfectly. I have eaten this dish here over 50+ times in the last year and EVERYTIME it has been spot on! The portions are huge, Always having enough for tomorrows breakfast (and it even taste better the second day!) read more

Had a good experience the 1st time, however fir Mother's Day it was disappointing, the Chicken Alfredo didn't have enough sauce under the noodles it made it dry and tasteless, the combination was with lasagna which was fine too. Service was a pickup so maybe that may account fir tge dryness but it shouldn't, maybe giving the sauce on the side or extra may have helped. Can't speak about the ambiance since it was Mother's Day and were not the only one waiting for an order. read more

The portions were definitely shareable size. I got the lasagna and chicken parm plate with garlic bread, I could only eat half it was such a generous amount. I will definitely be trying out more items off their menu. The food was so delicious read more

I just ate here and I'm really happy with their food! I consider myself A foodie and I felt this place was a lot better than some of the Italian restaurants I've eaten on the island. From what I heard, their food is fresh and made to order. When I got there this was true! The place is located at the old Cho Dangs, which is next to Nandings bakery. The place is not a fine dining restaurant but more like a fast food establishment which was ok with me because it meant the money was going to be spent on the food instead of the ambiance. The workers we sooo pleasant and reallly nice! We decided to eat in and we were given a side order of their homemade spring roll. I can say we will be coming here again!!! read more

OMG! The best lasagna, and so good I'm planning on having it for an event Met one of the owners, Ming and Sissy, they are so personable and took the time to recommend their best sellers I had the lasagna and chicken Alfredo, to me, "the best one". Hopefully Ming will pick that name, because to me, it is "the best one" The deep fried ravioli, the bomb! Their prices are reasonable and portions are large, a must go place to eat We will definitely go back again! read more

It is located in a small strip mall with limited parking and small stalls. The food is really good. Chicken and artichoke Spaghetti and meatballs with marinara Seafood medley with marinara. Steak and shrimp scampi. I can vouch for all the above dishes as very good. Still got chicken fratelli and lasagna for tomorrow read more

Fine dining food without the fine dining overhead... WHAT? YES! This place can easily embarrass many restaurants in Waikiki. Portion, quality, presentation all top notch. When I got the bill I expected to pay more because it is well worth it. I spoke with Sissy one of the owners while I waited. We spoke like we go way back, it definitely felt familiar like family. I am already looking forward to eating the menu. So happy I had a pasta craving. Warning... be ready to taste every ingredient in every bite. Soooo goood! read more

Feeling for good (I mean good) pasta? Don't go OG, or CCF. You can go to CPK as I still like that place. But if I really want good pasta. This place is it!! Hidden gem in waipahu. Who would have guessed to find an Italian restaurant in Waipahu. I've had their food couple of times and I still am trying to find a reason to eat their food again other than the fact that I don't want to get fat! Service is fast and the girl there is friendly. It's a sit down small restaurant with maybe 7-8 chairs. You can probably dine there if you want and expect everyone to hear your business. Lol! Anyways, craving for pasta. Then this is the place! read more

My first purchase for a family get together... bought 5 entrees to try. All were good, but the Shrimp Scampi was the family's favorite. The service was awesome... very friendly and QUICK! Called order in for pickup and the food was packed and ready to go a couple minutes ahead of time! read more

Decided to come here after seeing a TikTok about it. I went on a Thursday night with my family and the store was pretty busy. We got three entrees. We waited about 30-40 minutes for our food. There is indoor seating so we could sit and wait. The inside is pretty cozy and able to seat around 8-9 tables if I remember correctly. I got the chicken saltimbocca and the chicken had mozzarella and prosciutto on it. It was really good! The portion was pretty big for the price. Two chicken pieces and a hefty portion of pasta. I wish they could separate the chicken from the sauce so it wouldn't get soggy. We ordered Thai coffee as well but it didn't get rung up on our ticket. The owner was kind to make it for us on the house despite how busy it was. I will definitely be back again to try more food on the menu! Love being able to support a new local business. read more

What a nice surprise! So thrilled to discover this new Italian eatery right in the heart of Waipahu with good service and a cozy home style setting. I absolutely must recommend trying their calamari; it's perfectly crispy, not too greasy, and just ono! The meatball linguini is another standout for me with tasteful meatballs and pasta cooked to al dente perfection and covered in a rich, flavorful sauce. And the ravioli, good stuff! Each bite is a taste of heaven. The fact that this little eatery offers quick takeout adds so much value, making it super convenient to enjoy a top-notch Italian meal at home. It's refreshing to have another dining option where the food not only tastes great but is served with a genuine smile and aloha. If you're in the Waipahu area and have a craving for Italian, do yourself a favor and visit Fratelli's. Five stars all the way for me! read more
