I hate it when businesses have just bad reviews, and man.. our pizza was great last night! We got one pan super supreme, 1 hand tossed Hawaiian luau, bacon cheddar bread, and 8 piece hot buffalo boneless wings! They greeted us immediately upon entering, food was packaged and ultra hot even after our 10 min drive home. The toppings were fresh and even, dough was delicious and not yeasty or lacking in sauce or cheese. The chicken was moist and had right amount of sauce - nice and vinegary and not salty. The bacon cheddar bread was so moist and bacon was evenly distributed! It was even busy so they are doing a great job managing their time and quality! It's refreshing to write something nice about a fast food place instead of reading complaints. Sometimes I just want a good pizza and things are expensive now, $40-50 is kinda big deal when it comes to food these days. read more

Placed an order for pickup last night and ordered a separate item on the side at the store. First off, the manager is doing his best but clearly the other experienced team members don't understand how to step up and help manage the output of orders. 6 team members (including the 1 mgr) were there, 1 newbie being cross trained on register/organizing orders, 1 prepping wings, 1 baking pizzas, 1 helping box orders & helping the newbie, 1 on dishes/cleanup and the 1 mgr taking over the register taking in orders. The issue was there's multiple big orders filling up the warmers while the lobby is filling with both customers already waiting and more customers walking in. The food was good minus the breaded wings- those are closer to chicken nuggets but even McDonald's doesn't layer their chicken nuggets with that much breading. read more

I really like the pizzas here because of the flavor and I like their toppings. My all time favorite is pepperoni. Usually my family and I order their super supreme because it has a little bit of everything like veggies and meat on a pan crust. The service is great because when I order carry out, the estimated time is always accurate and prompt. They really do an awesome job there. I can see why they have been in business for a long time. I recently found that there's a Pizza Hut down the road from my work. I normally don't order pizza from Pizza Hut but it was a convenient place to go if you're craving pizza. It's located in Waipahu Town Center which is kitty corner from Don Quixote. I've ordered here twice for pizza. I usually just listen to the specials while on the phone. They give you the specials before connecting you to a representative. The specials are the best deals and you really should stick to ordering the specials because it's much cheaper than buying it full price. On my second occasion here we got the big New Yorker for $9.99 and I did half pepperoni and half cheese. That was a deal. The pizza slices on that pizza were huge. I also got a large three topping for $12.99, not as huge. Overall Pizza Hut service was fast and ready to be picked up in 15 minutes. It's convenient but it still can't beat my favorite pizza place. read more

Haven't been here in awhile but it looks clean and remodeled since I've been here. I was greeted by a friendly older local man. He was very personable and the service was quick. I knocked off one star because of their phone system, which I know they have no control over. I called island wide Pizza Hut number and since no one answered a message said, "we are now transferring you to our mainland call center." I rather talk to a person in the store that I'm going to be ordering from. Anyway so I just went in and ordered, much easier and less stressful. read more

Ordered online and mistakenly used the wrong address (Sent it to my other house). And since I already paid for it, I told the driver to leave it by my gate at that address, and I'll go to pick it up. He seemed annoyed when I said that, and spoke in a rude tone. Could it be because he wasn't getting his tip? I didn't want to be an inconvenience, because it would be too much work to cancel the order. plus it really wasn't a problem for me. While I was telling him to leave it at the gate he kept asking me "where?! Where?!" As if I was trying to make it difficult for him. I told him sorry and he just cut me off and hung up. I work in retail and so I know customers make mistakes, but it does not mean you provide rude energy back. Well the old adage "Fool me once shame on you..." I've been ordering from this PH location for a couple years. Then several months ago the payment for my order got lost (I always order online). I refused the pizza when the driver demanded that I pay again. After 2 months I gave PH another shot. Same thing. I have a confirmation that my credit card has been charged yet the driver wants payment in cash. Again I refuse to pay, told the poor guy to take it back and I order from Dominos. Too bad, PH is better IMO but they can't double charge. read more

AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT LOCATION..we usually do dominos pizza but came here because they had a special going on BIG MISTAKE..the person that came before me for pick up took our order that was worth $52 and they left their medium pizza and personal pan pizza for me instead how did the workers let the slip thru?! Can someone please shut this place down already. I already had a run in a while back with this Pizza Hut when I ordered a pizza and they literally took a handful of olives and placed to the side of the pizza after they had cooked it and the pizza had absolutely no crust. The manager ended up refunding me and giving me a complimentary pizza which I asked to pick up at another Pizza Hut in Ewa (who made a great pizza). I ordered a pizza tonight and I guess bc of where I live in Ewa it gets transferred back to this dump in Waipahu. Spoke to the manager who stated "yes, I did see your pizza go out." So I'm attaching a photo of my HAND TOSSED CHEESE PIZZA-LIGHT ON THE SAUCE. What I ended up getting was a POS Xtra thin crust, barely any cheese NO sauce pizza. I hope corporate sees this crap bc you guys are so horrible you should be shut down and your managers should have EXTENSIVE HARDCORE TRAINING on making pizzas. Apparently pizza making at a commercialized pizza place requires genius's bc the people being promoted can't even get their sh$@ together and figure out what Pizza Hut pizzas should look like.
