We discussed the situation and we realized that everything was basically a communication issue between several employees.Then just a matter of a few hours I was presented with a new estimate that beyond Fair that showed a willingness to take care of the customer I really appreciate that Kirk reached out to me and really wanted to work hard to earn my business. I'm scheduling this repair service in the spring of 2027 and am looking forward to working with millennium pool service in the future it was very nice personal touch that more businesses should strive to achieve.

We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

He helped me assess whether it was more cost effective to repair or replace. He came out, fixed everything up and the total came in below estimate! His troubleshooting is incredible. When a later problem with the lights watchdogged the control board he diagnosed the problem to a single fuse over the phone. He sold me the fuse and showed me where to install it. A lot of he said she said why things were not done but never took responsibility. One person told me the pool was too cloudy to put the Polaris in and do a cleaning. Then another person told me we told them not to put the Polaris in and they did do the cleaning. But you said the pool was too cloudy to do the cleaning and put the Polaris in. So something just doesn't add up. The one person's solution was for us to pay them to come and do a cleaning at their normal rate.

What we thought would be an easy project to replace a skimmer, turned into a major project when we…read morefound out we had several leaky lines in our pool pipes. We ended up deciding to replace all the pool pipes and deep end drain. During the process, we also decided to replace several concrete pool deck slabs. Magerrios Brothers were awesome during this whole process and pivoted with us when we made the changes. Jason Fach was our project manager and was super responsive with any questions or concerns. All the people we dealt with were friendly, professional, and helpful to make this an enjoyable process. The project is now complete. The pool is closed for winter so we'll find out how well the pipes work in the summer time but all the pressure testing went well. The concrete slabs look great. We wish we could have done the whole pool deck since now we have weird patches with new versus old, but that was all we could do at the moment. We look forward to contracting again with Magerrios Brothers to renovate the inside of the pool and hope to get Jason again for our project manager.
