Rado, from Imperial Pools, provided a clear and complete estimate of the work and materials. Before starting the job, he checked with us to make sure the coping and tile were the color expected. Removing the old coping and tile was done quickly and the job site was cleaned up every day. the new coping and tile installation, and the plaster resurface with "diamond bright" turned out great. They changed the lights and installed a new computer/wireless controller system. All of the work was done on time and within the estimate provided. We are very happy with the final product and the process along the way.

It's the…read morefirst year we have it (above ground, Intex 12x24) and I wanted a pro to close it and prep it for the winter months. Of the 7 companies I contacted, I heard from 5. Rado of Imperial Pools was by far the most professional reply. His email was prompt and courteous AND listed every service that he would provide as part of the winterization. He wasn't the least expensive, but because of his detailed proposal (email) and his prompt responses to my follow-up questions, I chose Imperial Pools. We scheduled for 8 am and he was right on time. Rado worked with two other gentlemen and they were all knowledge, professional and efficient. They wore masks and were careful to stay socially distant. They moved through each part of the process quickly and carefully and had all of the right equipment to do the job properly. In addition to partially draining the pool, adding the winter chemicals and removing the pool's stairs, they also blew air through all of the equipment and hoses. They carried the pool equipment (pump, filter, salt water/chlorinator) to my garage. The hoses were all bagged and stored for the winter. I am truly grateful for the excellent and efficient service. These gentlemen were top notch and I look forward to using Rado's company again. I can't recommend them enough! Hire them for all of your pool service needs!

Going on six years with this pool service company. They truly are top-notch. They do what they…read moresay they will do....every.single.time. As a comparison, we used another pool service company, we bought the "Presidential" package. After the first few visits there was nothing "Presidential" about it. They failed to provide "said" services each time, were basically in and out within 10-15 minutes...if that. If they deemed the pool excessively dirty, there would be an added charge. Swimkare has never skipped out on or applied added time for any service call...you get the royal treatment each and every time! I feel very fortunate to have found them. Added bonus, their pricing is better than the competition...six years later i am still paying less than i was when i left the other company with the "Presidential" package. Oh!! And the other company would also high gross! I was charged $40+ for. a. SKIMMER. BASKET.!!The visiting tech would routinely look for ways to upcharge for things all while not doing what they were paid to do and you wouldnt even know until you received the invoice that day. Swimkare is amazing just love, love, LOVE Swimkare.

The amount of time and money spent fighting this algae really made me resent my swimming pool. I was buying at least 10 gallons on chlorine by-weekly and still had a pool full of algae. It was a nasty sight to see. The pool company that I inherited with the home just upsold me on chemicals because I didn't know what the real issue was. Then I Met Amanda. THANK GOD FOR AMANDA! We didn't need more chemicals. We needed a new salt cell! Amanda diagnosed my pool and FIXED my pool. They were prompt, patient, and very thorough in answering all of my questions. My pool is now one of the BEST parts of my home. I have not bought an ounce of chlorine since. I turn the pump on and come out every morning to crystal clear water and no signs of algae whatsoever!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend for opening, closing, cleaning, and all your pool maintenance needs!!! THANK YOU LIFELINE!!! THANK YOU, AMANDA!!!

They clearly do an inadequate job during closing of winterizing the system and blowing out lines properly, because the last 2 years we have had damage to the pipes, pump and tiles that was completely avoidable. They now send one inexperienced person to do the job that was done by 2-3 people earlier and charge more. Each maintenance report just blames the customer for their poor quality of service.
