After having poor experiences with some of their competitors, I've been very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail while still offering competitive prices. I appreciate their work order reports and the very detailed pictures that they include. I also wanted to call out two of their employees, specifically -- Nahum and Miguel. This year, due to all of the snow, our pool cover caved in and the pool cover pump accidentally pumped out most of the pool water before we discovered it. That, coupled with lots of leaves in the pool, made for a much more difficult opening this year. Nevertheless, Nahum and Miguel went the extra mile to get the pool to open very clean and clear. They spent extra time but did so with a very positive, helpful attitude that I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

What matters overall in a very niche repair field is follow through. Whitey will take good care of your pool and he demonstrates gratitude even to people who call around for quotes and end up going another direction. Originally we were debating which company to use to repair our pool liner and steps and had gotten quotes from several companies. We went with a company that claimed they could refurbish the steps... well we learned the hard way that some things are just too good to be true. I regret not just finding a way for Whitey to do my liner. I know he would have done it right and taken the time to answer all of my questions. I know this because my neighbors who we referred to him said that was their exact experience. He and his son kept coming over to check and monitor the refill of the pool once the liner was installed. Our experience with another company was not like that whatsoever. We kept having our calls and texts with legitimate questions ignored. If you call Whitey he may not pick up right away but he will call you back when he has a moment and will answer your questions. I appreciate that after 4 months of going back and forth to get a clear picture and answers. I also would say that when you look for companies to fix your stuff pay attention to the recency of reviews. I was floored when I saw the ratings on this website and a couple of other places. Whitey has customers spanning back decades. If I had to guess, many of them are old school too and won't take the time to jump online and leave a review. Anyways, after calling around in August and getting ignored by other companies or being offered ridiculous prices for a basic cover, we reached out to Whitey to get a cover on our pool. He's been updating us along the way and came out when he told us he was going to come out. Whitey prices competitively and because he's been in the business for years he has connections that help him get the job done for his customers. He even will go the extra mile to help you get things fixed that...well... you decided to have someone else attempt to. Now put up a website so I can leave you a Google Review too!

Our pool is very old and very big so his coming alongside us to help was awesome. He gave us the best deal of any of the other pool companies around. Rado, from Imperial Pools, provided a clear and complete estimate of the work and materials. Before starting the job, he checked with us to make sure the coping and tile were the color expected. Removing the old coping and tile was done quickly and the job site was cleaned up every day. the new coping and tile installation, and the plaster resurface with "diamond bright" turned out great. They changed the lights and installed a new computer/wireless controller system. All of the work was done on time and within the estimate provided. We are very happy with the final product and the process along the way.

Rado of Imperial Pools was by far the most professional reply. His email was prompt and courteous AND listed every service that he would provide as part of the winterization. He wasn't the least expensive, but because of his detailed proposal (email) and his prompt responses to my follow-up questions, I chose Imperial Pools. We scheduled for 8 am and he was right on time. Rado worked with two other gentlemen and they were all knowledge, professional and efficient. They wore masks and were careful to stay socially distant. They moved through each part of the process quickly and carefully and had all of the right equipment to do the job properly. In addition to partially draining the pool, adding the winter chemicals and removing the pool's stairs, they also blew air through all of the equipment and hoses. They carried the pool equipment (pump, filter, salt water/chlorinator) to my garage. The hoses were all bagged and stored for the winter. I am truly grateful for the excellent and efficient service. These gentlemen were top notch and I look forward to using Rado's company again. I can't recommend them enough! Hire them for all of your pool service needs!

I wanted a hot-tub by Christmas when looking at options in November 2020. I didn't want to overpay and I wanted specificity details with mine - small details, trust me. After extensive Google searching and talking with people I stumbled upon Capitol Hot-Tubs. I gave them a call immediately after pursuing their website and got the best salesman ever! Jason Strom, was super polite, fun, and eager to help me find my Nect hot tub for a value. Well, he delivered and although I did t get my hot tub by Christmas, he promised it would come mid-January and YES it did! I'VE BEEN ENJOYING IT FOR ONE MONTH NOW AND ITS ONE OF THE BEST PURCHASES I HAVE MADE IN MY LIFE!

Getting service this year has been a nightmare. I replaced the entire mechanism for ~$1200 last year. This year (in March 2026), it detached from the hot tub, rendering it unusable in the prime spring weather. - I spent the last 10 weeks trying to get someone to come out to repair it (offered to pay full price) but no reponse. - Initially spoke to someone in the service center, who told me I needed a "bracket", and that it was on backorder. - A month later (in April), I reached back out to service center to check on status. I was told the original person I spoke to was no longer with the company, and the part wasn't the issue. - I asked to speak with a manager; was told to speak to Jeff. - Left multiple messages with Jeff, but he never got back to me. -Filled out the "service form", also no response. After 10 weeks, I got fed up waiting and went the DIY route. Located YouTube instructions on how to remove the panel. Once I did that, I saw the plywood they used to re-install cover lifter last year (which bears ~150 lbs of load btw) was only 1/8" thick, which would explain why the mechanism failed. I installed a 1" board, then remounted the screws on the lifting arm and closed up the panel. Fingers crossed, this will do the trick. As mentioned, the tub works mostly as advertised; Hot Springs equipment is great. However Capital Hot Tub doesn't seem to care about customers once they've made their purchase. The whole point of paying a premium price is to avoid this kind of hassle, and not have to DIY fix your stuff on the weekend.
