Breakfast special
Essi H.

Came here to have breakfast with my sister and the whole experience was HORRIBLE! Our server Leo, (woman) was very rude and short with us. We asked her for hot water and we got warm, we asked for hot syrup and we never got it! Don't expect a quiet brunch, it's family friendly so expect loudness. If you looking for something to drink (alcohol wise) menu is very limited and weak. If you do decide to come and Leo is your waitress ask for another one unless you want to deal with her attitude.

This is how you know the food good cause ain't none left on this plate almost just about.

There is a server named Christian and he is the best server ever super nice super sweet very accommodating. Everything I ordered was perfect and he was super respectful and as always, I always give him a great tip.

Great food for a very affordable price!!! They give more food than anyone is able to eat in one setting and it's very fresh! I love coming to franks for good ole home cooked breakfast away from home. I love their waffles, pancakes, grits & fried fish! They never have a wait and it's always good customer service. I would say they can do better about having the tables cleaned thoroughly. Other than that I'll always recommend Franks for breakfast or brunch!

I heard so much about Frans's Grill that I had to stop by to see what the talk was all about. I ordered the shrimp and grits with everything on it. It was delicious but super spicy. I like ve my food spicy but this one got me. I had to get another order of grits and eggs and bacon to cook it down. I'll definitely be back. Ten stars.

I ordered breakfast this morning via third-party delivery. I ordered a kid's breakfast with eggs, ham and grits. I also ordered a side of French toast. The food arrived promptly and was still hot. The restaurant also sent a brown bag with containers of syrup, powdered sugar, and butter. I guess my only quibble would be that the ham/egg/grits breakfast was supposed to be a kid's breakfast, but I was charged for and received an adult portion. I understand that sometimes things get lost in translation when you use a third-party. All in all, I was happy with the taste of my food , especially the light and fluffy French toast.

I come here often. I am an early bird & i know that they open at 7am. I'm usually in there around 9am . When dinning in you seat yourself, the staff is always quick to come over & service you. Today they were playing music which was nice to have in the background. I ordered the waffles & wings! which are my fav!! that waffle is always made to perfection & the CHICKEN IS FRIED AMAZINGLY! Franks will always hold a special place in my heart!

Went here on Labor day after terrible experience at Dennys. Frank's was fast and food was great. Wish we had started here.

Grilled cheese was SOAKED in oil. I had to spit large portions of oil out of my mouth. Hashbrowns had NO flavor or salt whatsoever.

The dining room is chic and feels very upscale but comfortable with a large open fire kitchen that was really fun to watch while dining. They were very on top of service with both our dining captain and waiter checking on us throughout the evening. For appetizers we ordered the deviled crabs, tuna tostada and wood roasted carrots. All were great but I especially loved the carrots which were cooked and seasoned perfectly. For my main course I had the chicken and dumplings, husband got the NY strip, our friends shared the whole fish and we had the cabbage and crab rice as sides. Everyone was very happy with both their main courses and the side dishes. We were too stuffed to order dessert but they sent out a s'mores inspired sunday for my birthday which was both thoughtful and sublime. Overall we were very impressed with our meal. Food was delicious but veeeery indulgent. We will be back.

We were greeted by three different people - one that took our drink order, one that cleared our plates, and one that took our order. All were very nice people and gave excellent service! I forgot their names unfortunately. My receipt said Zachary but not sure which waiter that was. Between me and hubs, we had a Pan de campo, an order of Gulf Oysters "casino", (4) dressed oysters, a 16 oz dry aged ribeye, a snapper entree and a side of crab fried rice. We finished almost everything except a quarter of the Pan, about a quarter of the rice, and about a third of the ribeye. All were great dishes and would definitely order again. We skipped dessert because honestly none stood out to us. He said their popular dessert is the souffle but they were sold out. Our total before gratuity was about $250 and that included one cocktail. Hubs had their "classic" old fashioned which he said was excellent! Overall, highly recommended if you don't mind the splurge or for a special occasion!

Yesterday was my birthday, and I've been wanting to try this place for the longest time. Seriously,…read moreabout a year. Every time I'm in town, it's either too far, I'm short on time, or (of course) they're closed. FYI: they're closed on Sundays... learned that the hard way, lol Today, though, fate intervened. I was in the area visiting one of our business clients, drove right past it, and immediately told myself: after this meeting, I'm turning around and eating there. No excuses. Fast forward...I parked in front, and I swear it felt like there was a halo over the restaurant name. Okay, maybe I'm being dramatic... but if you've been craving a place for a year, you'd understand. Walking in, the décor was warm and inviting. There's wall artwork and a shelf filled with Filipino snacks...Chocnut, which instantly took me back to childhood. That alone already had me smiling. My servers, Rhiley, Hailey and Adrian weresuch a pleasant surprise. Super welcoming, shared a bit of the restaurant's history, and made the whole experience feel personal. The vibe reminded me of the hangout spots my little brother and I used to go to comfortable, familiar, and full of heart. Now, the food...I knew I was getting a burger... but deciding which one? Not easy. They've got multiple options, and yes...burgers with rice combos (Filipino-approved ). I went with the Jaboi Burger: Siopao bun, Wagyu patty, medium rare, Sauce that tied everything together beautifully...I also ordered the garlic fries and sampled their sauces. My favorites? The house-made mayo and BBQ...both solid wins. To end the meal, dessert was a must. I ordered the halo-halo (small size), which honestly is perfect for sharing. A sweet, nostalgic way to close out the experience. Everything was amazing. Truly worth the wait and yes, I'll definitely be back. Once we sat down, we were served a small bowl of potato chips which were pretty bland. We ordered the lechon kawali as a warm up. It was very crispy, dry and lacking in flavor. The sauce tasted like a mix between balsamic dressing and brown gravy, but didn't really help improve the taste of the pork belly. For entrees, we ordered the Flip 'n Patties burger and the mini Kamayan. The burger itself was good, but the unexpected pickle (not listed on the menu) kind of ruined the burger for me. The mini kamayan arrived mostly lukewarm, and several of the meats were dry. The chicken pupu was decent, Tito Don's BBQ tasted like a dry bbq brisket, the longganisa reminded me of a seasoned hamburger patty. I skipped the fliproll after my friend said it was bland. The decor is very casual, the service was friendly and attentive, and parking was easy with a free lot.

The Brussel sprouts and crab hush puppies were great. The breakfast skillet, I could have done without. It had absolutely NO flavor. Hard to mess that up though right? I asked if they had any stouts and if so, if they could provide a sample. I'm so happy I asked for a sample and didn't just order the "one" stout they had. The beer was flat. So disappointing! Overall, the place was okay. I'd more than likely return for their drink happy hour, but it's a hard pass outside of that.
