I came here since it was cold and wanted a warm hot chocolate. There was a line and the menu was really small so I had to wait until I got to the front to order. I ordered their seasonal item hot chocolate with marshmallow. I wanted a croissant but they were almost fully out of pastries around 12 pm. The hot chocolate was very expensive, more than $8 and came in the tiniest flimsiest cup ever. I think it was about 12 oz or less. Also it came with a singular tiny marshmallow which was laughable. Very disappointing for the price. The service was bad as well, the employees were just talking completely ignoring me as I waited to order. It also took a strangely long time for my drink to come out and they didn't ask for my name so every time a hot chocolate was called I had to guess if it was mine. Doesn't seem like an efficient process.

Really good, smooth espresso. Order an avocado or other specialty toast or select something from a small pastry case. I've heard Frank & co. is especially known for the pistachio croissant ($7), but I was feeling slightly virtuous and decided to save some calories and get a loaf of challah (nicely fluffy) for $9, had a piece with my latte, and brought the rest home for dinner. There are a few indoor tables snd a few outdoor tables and--bonus--a jar of dog treats and a water dish out for the pups.

Cute little cafe we stumbled upon. The menu is small and pricey. They offer different toasts and pastries, and coffee options.

Shortly after arriving at SFO on a trip, I decided to find somewhere convenient and new to explore on my way. Sausalito fit the bill and I'm glad I finally made it here. Franko&Co came highly recommended so I parked nearby to explore. I was ready for coffee and something to eat so I got an iced black coffee and special pistachio croissant, with pistachio crème. Prices were reasonable. The interior of the cafe had an artsy vibe to it, and they featured a Ukrainian artist for items for purchase. They have some seating inside. They also have outdoor sidewalk tables, which on a beautiful morning were perfect to watch the dogs go by. The baristas were very friendly and welcoming.

The rich aroma of coffee wafted from inside the shop, catching my attention as I happened to walk by. I went in and ordered a hot coffee. Even with milk, it still had a pleasantly bitter fragrance. The prices are reasonable, the shop is clean, and the service is good. If you happen to pass through Sausalito, it is worth stopping by for a cup.

Came by with a group of 7 people and people loved their hot chocolate, warm Ukrainian tea, and pistachio croissant! My tea was knocked over and the friendly staff quickly replaced my drinks. Thanks for the fun times!

Welcome to Sausalito! The cutest little coffeeshop that's located right across the street from the ferry. The inside is relatively small (about 3 bistro tables inside and some tables outside) but is packed with personality. The inside is tiled with gorgeous zellige tiles and there's fun, eclectic artwork on the wall. I got a cappuccino with almond milk and a pistachio croissant. I appreciate that they do not charge extra for plant based milks. Service was friendly and super efficient. Both my drink and my croissant were fantastic! I will definitely be back here again.

Nice cute little cafe. Butter croissant were great, just enough crunch on the outside and soft inside. Coffee was also great. Definitely coming here for croissant.

Girls day getaway. We started our morning here and it was a perfect beautiful morning. We each ordered a drink along w/a morning bite which helped us start out our day. Perfect Sunday morning, beautiful sunny morning. Perfect seating while we chatted up our girls conversation as we watch bikers and locals start their morning. The drinks were made perfect, the toast was delicious-mine was a summer special fresh fig w/honey n cheese toast-YUM! This place is perfect to start your morning! Something fresh and not to heavy to hold you through the morning!

It is a very small and quaint coffee shop in the heart of Sausalito. The vibe honestly reminded a lot of Paris. I love the small details that are so chic. There was a bit of wait for our drinks but it was quite busy that day. Our coffee was smooth, rich and delicious. Would definitely come back

Stopped by this cozy coffee shop and had a great experience. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, which was perfectly balanced--not too sweet, just how I like it. What really stood out, though, was the strawberry jam and goat cheese toast. It was absolutely delicious--creamy, tangy, and just the right amount of sweetness. If you're a fan of goat cheese or looking for something a little different to satisfy a sweet craving, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. Great flavors, friendly vibe--I'll be back for sure!

A very cute coffee shop in downtown Sausalito. There are a lot of coffee shops on this strip, but Franko&Co seems like the coffee shop for coffee-lovers. Their focus is on espresso drinks and they make them really well. It's a small shop on the main street so you'll likely have to park a block or two away in one of the paid parking lots or in the nearby neighborhood. But from there, walk the downtown area until you find it! It's almost easy to miss but they've got some seating out front too so you may notice people hanging out. There's a few tables inside if you want to get some breakfast too, but it seems to be mostly takeout. I didn't get to try the bakery items / the breakfasts but it looked really good when I was sneaking a peek at other people's orders. My baseline go-to at coffee shops is usually a latte or an americano so I ordered an iced latte. It was really good - not too milky and I loved being able to taste the espresso. Even on a busy day, they were pretty fast to keep up with the crowds too. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Worth a stop for good coffee!

such a cute cafe with such friendly women! they also had food (def a little overpriced for the food, and alternative milk is an extra $1) for the oat milk cappuccino and latte and it was so good!

Got it. I'll turn this into a polished Yelp Elite-style narrative: observant, balanced, a little…read morewitty, and clearly written by someone who actually spends time here--not a fly-by latte tourist. This spot feels like the other side of Sausalito--in the best way. If Sausalito Bakery is the pressed-linen, weekend-brunch version of town, this place is where the everyday locals land. Same essence, very different energy. Cozy, familiar, and quietly charming without trying too hard. The space itself is warm and inviting, with a lived-in feel and a glowing sign in the back that somehow makes the whole room feel softer. There's a large communal table, plenty of indoor seating, and a steady hum of conversation that creates excellent white noise. It's a solid place to get work done--as long as you're not recording audio, because it does get a little loud--but for emails, planning, or a casual work session, it absolutely works. Now, the matcha. This is the real headline. I'll be honest: I used to actively avoid ordering matcha here. It was mediocre at best. About five months ago, they changed it--slight improvement, but still not there. I know the ownership was proud of that update, but something clearly changed again since then, because today's matcha was genuinely impressive. Like, stop-what-you're-doing impressive. At this point, I'm comfortable saying this is the best matcha in Sausalito. Egg Lady's is fine, but it doesn't come close. Sausalito Bakery is lovely to hang out in, and their pastries are great--but their matcha is forgettable. This one isn't. (The only matcha I've had locally that competes was at an ERIA Events gathering, but that's not exactly a walk-in situation, so it doesn't count.) If you're in Sausalito specifically looking for matcha, this is the place. They're also great with substitutions, service is quick, and the owner has a genuinely warm, welcoming presence--lots of friendly back-and-forth with regulars, which adds to the atmosphere rather than distracting from it. I didn't try the pastries or sandwiches this time (not much of a pastry person), though everything looked solid. Outdoor seating exists, but with the weather being a bit unpredictable lately, indoor is the move. Fair warning: parking is a hassle. I parked in the lot near Trident, and while it worked, the valet experience was... unpleasant enough that I probably wouldn't do it again. Plan accordingly. All in all, this is a comfortable, local-feeling café with excellent matcha, good energy, and enough seating to make it a reliable go-to. It may not be the "scene," but it's exactly the kind of place you end up recommending when someone asks, "Where do you actually like to go?"

After wandering through the booths and poking around the cute little shops, we started the serious business of finding food and drinks that were dog friendly. Venice Gourmet basically made the decision for us. The harbor view alone is worth sitting down for but the charcuterie and champagne sealed it. We grabbed a table outside, ordered a spread, and just slowed down for a minute. Good snacks, good bubbles, boats drifting by, and great company. Easy day trip. Easy win. Would absolutely come back.

Pretty good selection of signature cocktails. The Liquid Gold was refreshing and not that strong. As for the food, we got the tartare, crab empanada, bungalow Benedict, and the phyllo crusted pork chop. The tartare was fresh and not fishy at all, but was missing some salt. Crab empanada was great. The cilantro avocado puree and aioli complemented the crab well. Eggs Benedict was standard. It was nice that it came with a model bakery English muffin, but nothing stood out. Pork chop was fried very well. Crispy exterior but soft inside. It was a pretty hefty cut as well. I expected more from the taverna fries but it seemed like standard frozen fries. The chimichurri sauce was good but had an aioli texture, which was weird but still good taste wise. To end, the butterscotch budino was fairly light and had a good sweetness. All in all, the lunch was still enjoyable especially with the view. I do wish there was that wow factor in some of the dishes to better match the price.
