Each time, I was assured the problem was taken care of--and each time, I left with the exact same mess. At this point, I'm seriously wondering if this shop ever actually replaced the brake pads after the first time, since there's never been any evidence that they did. Rommel is full of promises but short on results. He either doesn't know what he's doing or simply doesn't care--and I'm honestly not sure which is worse. When he had the audacity to ask me to bring my car in a FOURTH TIME (seriously?), I instead asked him for a refund of the $604 I had initially paid him. He refused, claiming, "That wouldn't be fair." I'D LOVE TO KNOW WHAT'S FAIR ABOUT A 74-YEAR-OLD WOMAN HAVING TO CLEAN SOLID BLACK BRAKE DUST OFF HER FRONT WHEELS (WEEKLY!)
