Such a little hidden Gem here I Framingham!! Open for breakfast lunch and dinner Franklin St Cafe doesn't disappoint! They have their Brazilian flare as it's Brazilian owned but the menu is spread has something for everybody. Service and owners are so kind and they always keep coming up with new daily specials!! 6 or 7 seats five or take but doesn't feel like you're sitting ontop over other peeps! Outdoor seating is available and it is a walk up counter style service Cafe!

Cute decor, good coffee + pastries, too. Our brownie + cheesecake were fresh and the service friendly.

This place was a pleasure. The lady taking the order was very friendly. The food was excellent and came out fast. I like the Brazilian flair that you find on many menu items. The cafe itself is small, but bright, which makes for a comfortable feel.

Good range of food selections. We tried the donut and chicken coxinha. Both delish. Indoor and outdoor seating. I must come back for rice and beans.

Exactly what this quiet part of Framingham needs! Warm staff, cozy cafe, delicious food. There are some brazilian treats and a large breakfast menu from which we ordered waffles and omelets. The espresso is perfectly pulled and there is a quiet outdoor patio, too. Definitely worth a few blocks detour!

Very cute spot, especially the outdoor dining. Employees are very nice, the breakfast food and coffee looks great, happy to see they have non-dairy choices. All meat sandwiches, from tuna and chicken and ham and steak, to burgers, nothing vegetarian. So we got four sides, potato salad, rice, beans, veggies Ordered a side salad also, but they forgot it. This is downtown Framingham, a very Brazilian population, but it's 2020, we need to focus on our health and the environment, so I hope they will get a veggie burger, etc. and have some signage. Today I came back for breakfast, they were very pleasant, and quickly made a lovely soy latte and everything bagel with cream cheese, lettuce tomato onion. Still hoping for veggie options!

I came in for a quick solo brunch on my day-off and this place was what I was looking for! Service was quick, there was outdoor seating, and the food was okay. The staff was super accommodating and attentive from when I walked in to when I left. It wasn't busy when I was there on a Friday morning around 11 AM. The inside of the store was clean and the menu was easy to read. They have tables and a high-top bar inside and 6 tables outside on their little patio. It is tucked off behind the shop / away from the street, so it was super calm, shaded, and enjoyable. The tables were distanced enough from each other so I definitely did not feel like I was sitting on top of other people there. The coffee was great (bold in flavor and not watery), but I wish my waffles were made to order / hot - the bacon and sausage I had were. Everything tasted great! The portion and quality of the food matched what I paid for. I will definitely be coming back and will try something else next time!

By far my favorite cafe ever

Phenomenal prices, quick and excellent service, grate coffee, excellent pastries and super friendly staff. Will be coming back.

Cute indoor design and layout. It is small but still appreciate having a cafe place in Framingham like this. It is relatively safer here compared to other parts of Framingham. Parking can be tricky as it depends on the time of the day and week. The price is probably higher than what I expect quality and quantity - wised.

I have only one word for the food at Franklin St. Cafe. That word is OMG. Okay, maybe that's three words. I just did a takeout order of what the sweet young counter woman referred to as chicken stew. What I received was a Saran wrapped takeout container that was filled with 1/4 of a freshly roasted chicken, less the drumstick, fresh steamed broccoli, carrots and green beans, about a cup of baked beans, at least one and a half cups of white rice and over 1/2 cup of sliced boiled potatoes. There was at least three pounds of food in the container, if not four. A freshly prepared side salad also came with the meal. The total cost was around $10 and this was the small size! There is enough food for two meals. All I can say is Go.Here.Now.

We all had the holiday themed drinks and they were delicious. Had the French dip sandwich - probably the best I have had. Au jus was so flavorful and every part of the sandwich was delicious. It's a bit of a walk from the parking lot, and I think a sign pointing the way would be helpful, but don't let that stop you. It was worth every step and will definitely be back!

We arrived just after brunch time (10 AM to 1 PM), so we ordered from the lunch/dinner menu. I enjoyed the Mediterranean platter, full of yummy dips (hummus, whipped feta, and tabouli), with a generous serving of toasted pita triangles, healthy veggies, and a scoopful of pitted olives. All were tasty and healthy. My companion had a huge grain bowl, including arugula, bulghur wheat, bacon, avocado, and grilled chicken cubes, laced with a lemon dijon dressing. A tasty cocktail for each of us completed the feast. Henry's Place is cozy, with the feeling of a crackling fireplace, but without one. It's a little off the beaten path, on the hill above downtown - the former estate of Ashland's most esteemed resident, the late Henry Warren, local businessman and inventor of the first electric clock. We'll definitely go back again to Henry's!
